Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station associated with a first radio access technology (RAT), an indication to add a secondary cell associated with a second RAT in a dual connectivity mode. The UE may receive, by a lower layer of the UE from the secondary cell, an indication that a random access channel (RACH) procedure associated with the secondary cell is successful. The UE may transmit, by an upper layer of the UE to an application of the UE, information to cause an indication of the second RAT to be displayed by the UE based at least in part on a bearer type associated with a link with the secondary cell and the indication that the RACH procedure with the secondary cell is successful. Abstract: In some implementations, a user equipment (UE) may detect a trigger to provide a measurement report associated with a redirection from a first radio access technology (RAT) to a second RAT. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may support one or more applications enabling various types of users to access relevant information relating to performance of the UE across one or more communication modes or radio access technologies (RATs). A type or granularity of the information that the UE provides to the user may depend on a type of the user. For example, if the UE detects that a user is a first user type, the UE may provide the user with relatively simpler or more basic information relating to UE performance. Alternatively, if the UE detects that a user is a second user type, the UE may provide the user with relatively more technical or granular information relating to UE performance. The UE may support a user interface via which the UE may present the information to a user.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with a time to trigger (TTT) and a signal quality threshold. The UE may determine whether one or more conditions are satisfied, and if so, transmit an early measurement report or ignore a conflicting procedure that renders the measurements unavailable. In some examples, a UE may receive an indication of a minimum TTT in a configuration message with the TTT and the signal quality threshold. The UE may indicate an updated timing, to a base station, based on the minimum TTT. In some examples, the base station may determine that a UE is a multi-subscriber identification module (MSIM) UE, and may configure the duration of the TTT accordingly.
