摘要： In vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) or vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, the vehicle may wirelessly transmit a signal. However, transmission of a signal using a fixed transmit power may not be desirable. The transmit power should be adjusted based on various factors such as a vehicle speed and a priority level of the vehicle. The apparatus may be a device capable of wireless communication, and may be in a vehicle. The device determines one or more parameters associated with a vehicle including the device, the parameter including at least one of a speed of the vehicle or a priority level of the vehicle. The device sets a transmit power of the device based on the one or more parameters. The device transmits a message via wireless communication using the set transmit power.

摘要： A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are provided for wireless communication at a Road Side Synchronization Device (RSSD). The RSSD receives, from a first neighbor device, a first Sidelink Synchronization Signal (SLSS). The RSSD synchronizes in time/frequency with the first neighbor device, and transmits a second SLSS. The second SLSS is based on a synchronized timing and a synchronized frequency with the first neighbor device.

摘要： Techniques for transmitting vehicle information messages among a plurality of vehicles are disclosed. In an aspect, a transceiver of a vehicle transmits a first set of vehicle information messages over a wireless medium at a first periodic rate, the first set of vehicle information messages including information related to the vehicle. One or more sensors of the vehicle detect an event related to operation of the vehicle. A processor of the vehicle generates a second set of vehicle information messages each including an event flag and information about the event, the event flag indicating that the second set of vehicle information messages is reporting the event. The transceiver of the vehicle transmits a first vehicle safety message of the second set of vehicle information messages over the wireless medium as soon as the first vehicle safety message is generated.

摘要： In some cases, V2X systems may send warning messages. The warning messages may be sent over short distances. The warning messages may be useful over wider distances. Some systems may us MBMS from a V2X proximity broadcast. Electronic communications devices, such as UEs may be unaware of the MBMS. A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus may be an RSU. The RSU receive a V2X message from a UE. The RSU may broadcast information associated with the V2X message. The RSU may send the information associated with the V2X message to a network entity for a point-to-multipoint broadcast. The method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication may also use V2X messages that include bootstrapping information to tune to an MBMS broadcast.

Various embodiments may include storing, within a Misbehavior Report Router resulting from provisioning of a certificate to a V2X onboard equipment, information that enables a Misbehavior Detection Report to be routed to the entity associated with misbehaving V2X onboard equipment, examining a Misbehavior Detection Report received from a reporting V2X onboard equipment to identify a Pseudonym Certificate Authority Misbehavior Report Router of the entity associated with misbehaving V2X onboard equipment, passing the Misbehavior Detection Report to the identified Pseudonym Certificate Authority Misbehavior Report Router, using information in the Misbehavior Detection Report with information stored in the Pseudonym Certificate Authority Misbehavior Report Router to route the Misbehavior Detection Report to the associated entity.
