Abstract: A method of wireless communication, by a transmitting device, includes encoding information packets with an outer code to generate a first outer codeword. The first outer codeword includes information packets in addition to parity packets. The method also includes transmitting, to a receiving device, the information packets and the parity packets of the first outer codeword, according to a sequence. A method of wireless communication by a receiving device, includes receiving packets belonging to a first outer codeword, the packets including information packets and parity packets. The method also includes storing the packets in a buffer; and flushing the packets from the buffer in response to satisfying a condition.

Abstract: A communications transceiver system that employs self-interference mitigation techniques can detect static objects by using techniques that introduce angular or Doppler diversity. This can include moving Tx and Rx antennas and/or performing beam sweeping. When processing RF sensing data from reflected RF signals, self-interference mitigation techniques can be used and compensation can be made for the movement and/or beam sweeping to allow for both self-interference mitigation and detection of static objects.

Abstract: A base station may transmit a set of CSI-RSs corresponding to a set of ports of a UE and the UE may perform a set of CQI measurements on each port and across each sub-band. The UE may select, for each CSI-RS resource that the UE measures, a set of M worst CQIs and may select a best CSI-RS resource based at least in part on a corresponding set of M worst CQIs for the CSI-RS resource. The UE may report the M worst CQIs for the selected CSI-RS resource. Alternatively, the UE may select, for each CSI-RS resource that the UE measures, a set of M worst CQIs and may select a worst CSI-RS resource. In this way, the UE enables the base station to select a DMRS port and/or an MCS to use for communication.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to obtaining a duplex mode of a scheduled entity, selecting a downlink-uplink (DU) slot interpretation to be applied by the scheduled entity to a slot including a DU symbol based on the duplex mode of the scheduled entity, and transmitting the DU slot interpretation to the scheduled entity. The DU symbol may be configured to include a downlink transmission and an uplink transmission within a same carrier bandwidth. Other aspects relate to receiving a message, indicating that the slot is formatted with a DU symbol, selecting a DU slot interpretation to be applied to the slot including the DU symbol based on a duplex mode of the scheduled entity, and applying the DU slot interpretation to the slot. Generally, a base station may dynamically and reliably indicate that pending transmissions are part of a full duplex operation via downlink control information (DCI) designs described herein. For example, a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE) a DCI including no more than one downlink grant and no more than one uplink grant for a full duplex operation. In some examples, the base station may transmit a first-stage DCI including partial information, and second-stage DCIs including full uplink and downlink grants for a full duplex operation. In some examples, the base station may configure periodic or semi-periodic uplink and downlink resources that may overlap in time, and may dynamically indicate, to the UE, whether the overlapping uplink and downlink resources are scheduled for a full duplex operation.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support use of common sequence pools for non-coherent transmissions according to one or more aspects. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes converting, by a wireless communication device, an information bit stream to an integer value. The method also includes selecting, by the wireless communication device, a sequence from a common sequence pool based on the integer value. The common sequence pool has a nested structure of sequences which map different length information bit streams with the same most significant bit or bits to the same sequences. The method further includes transmitting, by the wireless communication device, a non-coherent transmission indicating the sequence. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: In an aspect, a radar controller determines a first transmission configuration for a reference radar signal on a first link from a first base station to a second base station, and a second transmission configuration for at least one target radar signal on at least one second link from the first base station to the second base station, the at least one target radar signal for sensing of at least one target, the first transmission configuration being different than the second transmission configuration. The radar controller transmits the first and second transmission configurations to the first and second base stations. The first base station transmits the reference radar signal and the at least one target radar signal in accordance with the respective transmission configurations.
