    摘要: A power supply system having a multiphase matrix converter and a method for operating the system are proposed. The converter has a plurality of input and output terminals and a plurality of sub-converters. The input terminals are respectively connected to the output terminals via bidirectional switches of the sub-converters. A circuit has at latest one DC source, an inverter connected in series with the DC source to generator a first alternating voltage, and an HF transformer connected in series with the inverter and connected to each of the input terminals. The HF transformer transforms the first alternating voltage up into a second alternating voltage and changes the frequency of the second alternating voltage by a multiple as compared with frequency of the first alternating voltage. A control unit activates the bidirectional switches as a function of the second alternating voltage present on the output of the HF transformer.

    摘要: The invention relates to an arrangement with a panel of a flat display and with a graphics processor to which a digitized image signal can be supplied by an A/D converter, said image signal being generated from an analog image signal by the A/D converter. An amplification of the A/D converter can be set in such a manner that the A/D converter generates a maximum video step of the digital image signal from the highest video level of the analog image signal. Appropriate measures are used to reduce interfering influences upon the contrast of an image due to aging effects of the transparent portions of the panel, e.g. due to aging effects of the panel glass, the LCD liquid or of the diffuser films and/or polarization films, and permit the sensor to be seen via the display surface only during a calibrating phase. The contrast is automatically adjusted on site, e.g. when the flat display is used in the medical field, thereby eliminating the need for service personnel.

    摘要: A device for measuring and correcting the luminance of a flat screen display, which can be illuminated from the rear by the light of a backlight, having a backlight control, which adjusts a luminance measured by a sensor to a selectable setpoint value representing the intensity of the light of the backlight. The sensor is arranged in an area of the flat screen display device that is not visible to a viewer, and a swivel is provided to swivel the sensor out, essentially parallel to the display panel, from a standby position to a position for measuring the luminance of a test image that can be displayed on the display panel during a calibration phase. As a result, effects due to aging and/or temperature of the display panel and interfering with the luminance of the display panel are detected and can be largely corrected.
