摘要: An augmented/extended reality (AXR) headset for use with a surgery visualization system is described herein. The AXR headset includes a wearable support frame, one or more forward-facing cameras pivotably mounted to the wearable support frame, an imaging system mounted to the wearable support frame, and a control logic processor coupled to the one or more front facing cameras and the image generator, and programmed to execute an algorithm including the steps of receiving image data from the one or more forward-facing cameras and operating the image generator to display the received image data onto the curved mirror.

摘要: A surgery visualization system is described herein. The surgery visualization system includes a display monitor positioned in view of a surgeon and a support arm system including a first support arm and a second support arm. The first and second support arms are orientated such that the display monitor is visible to the surgeon between the first and second support arms. A 3D digital viewport coupled to the first support arm. A 3D digital microscope coupled to the second support arm. A computer system including a processor programmed to receive and process images from the 3D digital microscope and display the processed images on the 3D digital viewport and the display monitor.

摘要: A laparoscopic imaging apparatus is described herein. The laparoscopic imaging apparatus includes a shaft having a proximal end opposite a distal end, wherein the proximal end is configured for attachment to an actuator, and the distal end is configured for attachment of a laparoscopic tool and for insertion into patient anatomy. The laparoscopic tool pivots on a first gimbal apparatus that is actuable from the actuator at the proximal end of the shaft, to rotate the laparoscopic tool about a longitudinal axis of the shaft and, further, to rotate the laparoscopic tool about at least a second axis that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis.

摘要: An augmented reality and extended reality surgical system comprising three 3D viewing options of: (i) an AR/XR headset or headsets, (ii) one or more autostereoscopic “3D glasses free” monitor(s); and (iii) one or more digital ocular stereoscopic 3D viewports which is mounted to a cobotic arm viewing option for ergonomically sound viewing. The system may comprise a wearable device, such as a head mounted display or glasses, that provides the user with virtual reality, augmented reality, and/or mixed reality for surgery visualization. This system is all digital and features both wired and wireless connections that have approximately the same latency of less than 20 milliseconds. This may allow the user to access 2D or 3D imaging, magnification, virtual visualization, six-degrees of freedom (6DoF) image management, and/or other images while still viewing real reality and thus maintaining a presence in the operating room. The all-digital multi-option 3D viewing surgery system provides an ergonomically sound surgery visualization system.
