The invention proposes supporting the filling material container so that it can rotate on an axis which is disposed inclined in relation to the vertical. This permits the microcapsules to be easily dispensed into the metering bores, permits the microtablets to be handled in a manner that is gentle on the product, and permits a high performance of the metering device.

In order to change the volumes of the compressed charges comprised of powder, sleeves are inserted in the bottom of the metering disk, which dip into second bores of the spacer disk, and to embody the distance a between the underside of the metering disk and the spacer disk so that the distance a can be changed by means of an adjusting screw. The device according to the disclosure is relatively simple in design and prevents non-homogeneities in the powder.

The present invention relates to a method and system for dosing a pharmaceutical product in a packaging machine having at least one volumetric dosing unit with a dosing chamber. The system check-weighs the volumetrically dosed product with appropriate speed and is integrated into a filling or packaging machine. In accordance with the invention, a volume of a first pharmaceutical component is metered and weighed before being introduced into a package. The procedure is repeated with a second pharmaceutical component. The package containing the components is then weighed. Advantageously, accuracy and precision of the amount of the weighed components can be monitored with the present invention to secure the quality of the pharmaceutical product.

In each of the segments, two stepped bores embodied of bore portions are provided, which form a seat for the capsule bottom part and the cap. In the bore portions of the lower segment, a plurality of longitudinal grooves are formed, which communicate via a suction bore with a vacuum source. Via the longitudinal grooves, the negative pressure applied in the lower segment can also act on the upper segment and the cap. At least the filling wheels are comprised of ceramic material and, in comparison to conventional filling wheels, have a reduced number of metering bores as well as a smaller structural size. In order to adjust the metering quantity, the filling wheels each have an adjusting disk, which cooperates with metering plungers. The two filling wheels and the two metering disks are respectively driven by a servomotor. The device according to the invention is distinguished by means of a compact design and an operation that is suitable in the pharmaceutical field.
