    摘要： The disclosure provides an automated process, apparatus and system for decanting containers. The automated decanting process can include receiving containers, cutting the containers, such as along a cut line that is proximate the top of the container, flipping the containers once cut, and separating products from the containers by moving the containers. Moving the containers for the separation or removal of the products from the containers can be a lifting motion, a sliding/pushing motion, or a combination thereof. In one example, a method of automatically decanting products includes: (1) cutting a container along a cut line proximate a top of the container, wherein the container includes product, (2) rotating the container, and (3) separating the product from the container by moving the container.

    摘要： A fluid dispensing container is provided. The container includes a container body formed from a first flexible material defining an interior cavity. The container includes a membrane formed from a second flexible material and a seal coupling the membrane to the inner surface of the container body. The membrane divides the interior cavity into a contents chamber and a dispensing chamber, and the membrane and the seal are configured to be fluid tight to maintain fluid within the contents chamber prior to rupture of the membrane. The rupture stress of the second flexible material is less than the rupture stress of the first flexible material such that, as fluid pressure within the contents chamber increases, the membrane is configured to rupture without the container body rupturing.

There is provided a detaching seal portion which is detached in response to increase of pressure inside the container body associated with deformation of the container body. The annular seal portion is formed by a pressing operation of pressing the lid member against the flange via a seal bar having at its leading end an annular projection having a shape corresponding to the annular seal portion, a groove-like sunk portion corresponding to the annular projection being formed in the flange by the pressing operation. At least a portion of the sunk portion formed in the detaching seal portion comprises an uneven groove having a cross sectional shape with a smaller curvature radius on its radial inner side than its radial outer side.

The dispensing method comprises the following steps: setting a material bag (9) clamping station in a position near a cooking pot opening but outside the range of the pot opening, and clamping the material bag (9) containing a cooking material at the material bag (9) clamping station; confining the material bag (9), such that the material bag (9) is kept in a clamped state to control the deformation thereof during the dispensing procedure; flipping and/or tipping the material bag (9), and when in a position near the cooking pot opening, dispensing the cooking material in the material bag (9) into the cooking pot; and once the cooking material has been dispensed, shifting the material bag (9) from the range of the cooking pot opening and releasing the clamping of the material bag (9). The cooking material dispensing system comprises a dispensing device capable of clamping, confining, and transferring the material bag (9) and flipping the opened material bag and/or tipping the cooking material into the cooking pot. The dispensing system and dispensing method take a material packaged in the material bag (9) and can accurately move the material bag (9) into the dispensing position, making the cooking process convenient, fast and simple, and the entire process will not be contaminated.

    摘要： An apparatus for separating liquid product from a package containing the liquid product, including a rotary press including a rotatable drum and an eccentrically placed roller at a lower part within the rotatable drum. The apparatus has a capturing space between the rotary drum and the roller, being defined by a narrowing distance between a roller outer surface and a rotary drum inner surface in a rotation direction of the rotary press for receiving, capturing and pressing the package containing liquid product. The apparatus further has a releasing space between the rotary drum and the roller, being defined by a widening space between the roller outer surface and the rotary drum inner surface in the rotation direction of the rotary press for releasing the pressed package. The roller and the rotatable drum are cooperatively positioned to form a liquid barrier at a contact line between the outer surface of the roller and the inner surface of the rotatable drum. The apparatus further has a baffle placed between the roller and the rotatable drum for separating the capturing space and the releasing space for preventing liquid product pressed from the package to enter the releasing space.
