    摘要： An ammunition feed system wherein a single layer of alternatingly opposing rounds of ammunition is conveyed in a magazine by a single closed loop conveyor disposed along a serpentine path. The opposing rounds are fed into a twister conveyor apparatus which aligns the rounds and conveys the aligned rounds onto a pair of parallel paths. The aligned rounds on the parallel paths are received by a pair of feed rotors for alternate insertion into a single gun feeding conveyor. Spent rounds are withdrawn from the conveyor by a pair of return rotors, which return the spent rounds to a second twister conveyor. The second twister conveyor reorients the rounds into an alternating opposed configuration and returns the rounds to the serpentine path. Each twister conveyor includes two pairs of sprockets oriented in a perpendicular configuration. Each pair of sprockets carries one closed loop of conveyor elements for conveying rounds. The perpendicular orientation of the sprockets produces a 90-degree rotation of rounds conveyed on the respective conveyor assembly.

A crowned or arched sliding top cover serves to prevent objects from being placed on top of the money cart and gives the cart a "treasure chest" look. An angle-mounted roller drawer slide mechanism is additionally provided which biases a rear access cash drawer in the "in" position.

    摘要： A latching mechanism is provided for enabling perimeter locking for doors and the like. A diaphragm is provided which engages a surrounding frame along the perimeter of the diaphragm. Slots in the diaphragm enable a reduction of the diaphragm perimeter by movement of a central portion of the diaphragm in a direction perpendicular to the original plane of the diaphragm. When the diaphragm perimeter is reduced, simultaneous disengagement between the perimeter and the surrounding frame occurs.

    摘要： A heavy support weapon, for example, of 30 mm caliber, designed for firing from conventional machine gun mounts without undue recoil loads transferred to the gun mount. The weapon is designed for first round accuracy whether in the automatic open bolt or semi-automatic closed bolt mode. The weapon 10 includes a barrel 13 joined to a barrel yoke 21 in a receiver 14 aft of a front housing assembly 15. The recoil system includes a main recoil spring 30, a secondary spring 23, a buffer group including rods 60, springs 61 and plate 63. A slide bolt assembly 40 includes a slide 41, a bolt 42, a face 43, bolt face levers 44 and actuating pins 45, all within the receiver 14. The bolt face 43 is driven vertically by the bolt face levers 44 to receive a new round, load it and remove and discharge a spent casing. The slide bolt assembly 40 travels forward and aft during the firing cycle. On rearward travel it is accelerated rearward by accelerator 70 until reaching the buffer group and transfers its kinetic energy to the buffer group which in turn transfers that energy to the barrel 13 and the recoil spring 30 where it is absorbed without transferring the impact loading to the weapon mount.
