    摘要: An insertion assembly is provided for controlling insertion of an instrument assembly into an endoscope shaft. Instrument locking elements are provided having a first position preventing movement of the instrument assembly relative to the shaft and having a second position allowing movement of the instrument assembly relative to the shaft. Actuator locking elements are provided having a first position allowing bending of the instrument assembly and having a second position preventing bending of the instrument assembly. Movement of the instrument locking elements into the first position moves the actuator locking elements into the first position. Further, movement of the instrument locking elements into the second position moves the actuator locking elements into the second position.

    摘要: A coupling serves for leakproof connection of two shaft-like medical instruments (10, 90) along their shaft axis (53, 97), in particular for connection of an arthroscope shaft to an optical system. A coupling element (80) is provided, arranged on a first instrument (10) and having a contact surface (66), against whose contact surface (66) a contact surface (106) of a coupling element (92) of the second instrument (90) can be applied. Also provided is an interlock system for releasable interlocking of the two coupling elements (80, 92), the contact surfaces (64, 106) resting against one another in leakproof fashion. For easier handling, it is proposed that the interlock system have a slider (44) which is displaceable transversely to the coupling axis (53), is arranged in transversely displaceable fashion on one of the two coupling elements (80), and in a first slide position allows the two coupling elements (80, 92) to be applied against one another and in a second locking slide position mechanically interlocks the two coupling elements (80, 92). A component (58) having the contact surface (66) of at least one coupling element (80) is displaceable in the direction of the coupling axis (53).

    摘要: A coupling assembly for connecting a handle to an instrument extending along a longitudinal axis has a coupler, which releasably receives the handle and has an outer sleeve and a snap-in sleeve formed with a snap-in element. The handle has a recess receiving the snap-in element which is guided along a conical recess formed in the outer sleeve to move to a locking position wherein the handle and the coupler are displaceably fixed relative each other. The outer sleeve is rotatable about the longitudinal axis and its recess has a periphery formed with an inner surface enabling the snap-in element to move radially from the locking position during rotation so as the handle can be axially withdrawn from the coupler.

    摘要: A trocar sleeve comprises at its proximal side a housing, from the distal side of which a shaft projects. Further, a sealing of elastic material is provided in order to seal an instrument inserted into the trocar sleeve gas-tight into the proximal direction. The sealing comprises a central opening, the diameter of which is variable. A spreading device is provided which is insertable into the sealing, extending same in doing so, whereby the diameter of the central opening is enlargeable.It is suggested to configure the spreading device as an axially movable sleeve, the ring-shaped front area of which is insertable into the sealing, spreading same in doing so.

    摘要: A surgical thread cutter (10) has a blade (18) movable via an actuation mechanism (30) relative to an anvil (20) toward and away from the latter, and a spring by way of which the blade (18) can be acted upon by spring force in one movement direction. In the interest of better and safer handling, it is proposed that the spring act upon the blade (18) in the cutting direction, that a retention system be provided by means of which the blade (18) can be locked in a position remote from the anvil (20); and that the force of the spring be set in such a way that after the retention system is released, the blade (18) can be moved onto the anvil (20) in the manner of a guillotine (FIG. 1).

    摘要: A bayonet coupling (10) is used for detachable joining of two tubular-shaft instruments or instrument parts. A bayonet sleeve (12) (female part), having a bayonet guide (14), is provided on the one instrument or instrument part, and a bayonet insert (52) (male part) is provided on the other instrument or instrument part. An interlock system serves to lock the bayonet coupling (10) in the closed state. It is proposed that the interlock system have an interlock piece (28), displaceable along the bayonet sleeve (12), which comes directly into inhibiting engagement with the bayonet insert (52) inserted into the bayonet sleeve (12), in the insert's terminal position, and inhibits the bayonet insert (52) from rotating; and which can be moved away from the bayonet insert (52) in order to release the interlock system (FIG. 1).
