The open front side interchangeably receives a first plaque, and the open rear side interchangeably receives a second plaque. Multiple first attachment points are configured on the open rear side of the frame. The multiple first attachment points connect with a bracket for mounting the illuminated address sign to a first surface. A control unit is connected to the frame and a light source. A light sensor is connected to the frame and the control unit.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to an apparatus for receiving, stowing, sterilizing, delivery, and pick-up of a package. In one case, the package can be an unattended package which cannot be received by the consumer. In another case, the package can be a package that has to be disinfected first to be received by the consumer. The apparatus comprises a frame and an enclosure mounted in the frame. The enclosure including one or more storage compartments for receiving and stowing the package. The apparatus further comprises a digital locking feature to control access to the enclosure and UV-lamps for disinfection of the package.

Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a secure package delivery and pick-up system. The system comprises a security door with several collapsible storage compartments for accommodating packages meant for delivery or pick-up. The size of the compartments are configured to accommodate packages of different sizes and weights. The system enables secure delivery and return pick-up of packages at unmanned location by using security measures such as electronic key generation, biometric identification, RFID, video cameras. The user is facilitated to monitor the delivery and pick-up activity remotely through a mobile application downloaded on the computing device. The system is easy to install and provides protection of the packages form theft or damages due to weather conditions. The system enables user to share secure electronic keys with other users for a predetermined duration for accessing the building through the secure door and for usage of the storage compartments.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes an unmanned aerial vehicle (“UAV”) or a drone configured to autonomously deliver an item of inventory to a landing station or destination location. The drone receives inventory information and a destination location and autonomously retrieve the inventory from a source station. The drone is having a GPS module and communication module to communicate with the external devices and the GPS module helps the drone to determine the shortest route to the destination. At the destination location, the landing station has GPS guided lasers which help the drone to deliver the item safely. Further, the landing station also comprises an automatic lithium-ion battery switching system to replace the existing battery of the drone with a freshly charged battery.
