    摘要： A solution for managing a videoconference is provided. Multiple virtual backgrounds can be stored, and a virtual background can be selected to be used for a first participant when he/she is conducting a videoconference with a second participant. The virtual background can be selected based on one or more attributes of the first and/or second participant, one or more attributes of the videoconference, and/or the like. The virtual backgrounds can be utilized, for example, to provide a desired perception, message, and/or the like, of a business entity to individuals outside of the business entity that are interacting with its personnel via videoconferencing.

    摘要： Automated response options manage messaging by comparing content of an input message to content saved in a store of previous messages, and to meta data content of each of a plurality of frequently asked question web pages. If the compared content matches to either of the saved content or to the frequently asked question web pages meta data content and the message meets a requirement of a policy rule, a reply message is automatically composed and sent by a processing unit, the reply including the matching content or a link to the matching content if the input message is a newly received message. If the content does not match or the input message does not meet the policy rule requirement, a copy of the message is saved and a user prompted to manually compose and send a reply.

The method includes obtaining an Internet Protocol address for a set-top box provided for an interactive television system viewed by a viewer for establishing a physical location of the television system, authenticating, using a voice recognition system installed on the set-top box provided, an identity of the viewer within a viewing area of the interactive television system, recording television viewing habits of the viewer, selecting a customized television content based on the viewer identity authenticated and the viewing habits recorded for the viewer and delivering the customized television content selected to the viewer, based on the viewer's physical location. In an embodiment, the customized television content includes at least one of: television programming, video programming or advertisements, and in an embodiment, the interactive television system is an Internet Protocol based television system.
