摘要： A piezoelectric actuator module having a multilayer structure of piezoelectric elements is proposed as a piezoelectric actuator, wherein a different polarity of an electric voltage is alternately applied to inner electrodes which are arranged between piezoelectric layers of the piezoelectric elements in the direction of the layer structure of the piezoelectric elements, said module having an actuator foot and an actuator head composed of steel and having an elastic insulation medium which surrounds at least the piezoelectric elements in predefined limits. At least one annular groove or recess, into which a material which can be crosslinked with the insulation medium is vulcanized, is provided on the actuator foot and/or on the actuator head, and a flexible, weldable hose or sheath lies encompasses the piezoelectric element, and at least above the grooves or recesses containing the material as an insulation medium the weldable hose is welded to the material in the grooves or recesses.

摘要： An actuator module including a piezoactuator, for example for a piezoinjector for metering fuel in an internal combustion engine, is proposed. The piezoactuator has piezoelements stacked one above another between an actuator head and an actuator foot and is provided with at least one elastomer layer enclosing the piezoelements. The elastomer layer is enveloped by a corrugated bellows or by telescopic tubes, composed of a material that is diffusion-impermeable with respect to a fuel to be metered by the piezoinjector. The corrugated bellows or the telescopic tubes have on their periphery grooves which can absorb expansions of the elastomer layer or of the piezoactuator.

The holding body has one or more connectors for electrical contacting of the piezo element, as well as one or more connectors and flow conduits for delivering into the inner space a fluid that can be metered by way of an adjusting member encompassing the piezo element, such that in the piezo actuator, the flow conduit connecting the inner space and the connector for the fluid is offset radially outward with respect to the electrical conductors leading through the holding body and substantially constituting the electrical contact system, and is disposed to extend substantially parallel to said conductors; and a plug connection connecting the piezo element to the electrical conductors is disposed between the holding body and piezo element.
