A look-and-feel customization system is also provided. According to the present disclosure, the efficiency of sending a look-and-feel content to the terminal is improved; the waste of network resources is avoided; and the user satisfaction with the look-and-feel customization service is improved.

A robust closed-loop cross-layer design provides for the downlink multi-user multi-antenna systems with imperfect Channel State Information at the transmitter (CSIT) for slow fading channels. Using ACK/NAK feedbacks from mobiles, a closed-loop cross-layer scheduler does not require any knowledge of the CSIT error statistics. To take into account of the potential packet outage (due to imperfect CSIT), we define system goodput, which measures the average bits per second per Hertz (b/s/Hz) successfully delivered to the mobiles, as the optimization objectives. We formulate the cross-layer design as a mixed combinatorial search and Markov decision problem. Based on dynamic programming approach, the optimal power and rate allocation is determined using backward recursion and forward recursion algorithms. Simulations illustrate that the proposed closed-loop cross-layer scheduler has very robust goodput performance at moderate to high CSIT errors and pedestrian mobility.

The method includes: obtaining an access popularity value of a resource from a database at intervals of a first preset time, and obtaining load values of cache servers from the database if determining that the access popularity value reaches a preset first threshold; and determining a duplication cache server for duplicating the resource according to the access popularity value and the load values, and notifying the duplication cache server to duplicate the resource from a cache server that stores the resource and buffer the resource. The method overcome the problems in the prior, namely, the same resource is buffered in only one cache server and the relatively idle cache servers are unable to share loads with busy cache servers. The method improves extensibility and working efficiency of the buffering system.

In one embodiment, the method comprises: receiving dynamic spatio-temporal behavior data of a moving individual; conducting an analysis according to historical dynamic spatio-temporal behavior data of the moving individual to acquire spatio-temporal behavioral characteristics of the moving individual; determining appropriate information as matching information for the moving individual according to the spatio-temporal behavioral characteristics of the moving individual in combination with dynamic spatio-temporal behavior data of the moving individual at a current time; and sending the matching information to the moving individual. In the method of the disclosure, behavioral characteristics of a moving individual are analyzed to obtain habit and preference characteristics of the moving individual. Targeted push information is sent, thereby solving the problem of pushed information having less diversified, targeted, and not so accurate content.

In the field of communications, to solve the problem in the prior art that a device management (DM) server needs to communicate with user terminals for multiple times to obtain Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs) of various user terminal DM nodes, a DM server, a DM client, and a method for locating a target operation object are provided. The location method includes: obtaining a management command sent by a DM server; and operating a target operation object according to the management command, in which the management command comprises Management Object (MO) location information, MO instance feature node information, and target operation object information. The present invention has the following beneficial effects. A target operation object of a DM client may be located by communicating once, and thus increasing the efficiency of communications between the DM server and user terminals.
