    摘要: The polymer electrolyte composite, for driving an electrolytic capacitor, according to the present invention is a composite body including an electrolyte and an acrylic polymer containing a copolymer of acrylic derivative. The electrolyte includes a polar solvent and a solute including at least one of inorganic acids, organic acids and salts of such acids. The copolymer of acrylic derivative is a polymer of: a first monomer of at least one of a group of monofunctional monomers of acrylic derivatives each having at least one hydroxyl group at a terminal thereof and a polymerizable unsaturated double bond; and a second monomer of at least one of a group of multifunctional monomers of acrylic derivatives each having plural polymerizable unsaturated double bonds. The polymer electrolyte composite has a high ionic conductivity at room temperature together with a high heat resistance, and does not react with electrode foils such as aluminum, and moreover is superior in the easiness of manufacturing and long life. The present invention also provides an electrolytic capacitor using the polymer electrolyte composite.

    摘要: A cylindrical sealing member for a capacitor has a circular first plane and a circular second plane placed oppositely to the first plane, and is provided with two lead holes that penetrate the first and second planes. This sealing member for a capacitor contains butyl rubber, and inorganic material oblate particles having flat surfaces. The sealing member includes a first portion, and a second portion in the vicinity of an outer circumference of the sealing member as well as in the vicinity of the two lead holes. In the first portion, the inorganic material oblate particles are scattered such that flat surfaces thereof are oriented substantially in parallel with the first plane. In the second portion, the inorganic material oblate particles are scattered such that the flat surfaces thereof are oriented substantially perpendicularly to the first plane.

    摘要: The present invention provides a highly reliable aluminum electrolytic capacitor which has no flash point and shows little change or degradation in external appearance and properties. The water content of electrolytic solution of the electrolytic capacitor of this invention is 20-90 wt % and one or more following compounds are included as main electrolytes in the electrolytic solution; ammonium formate, ammonium acetate, ammonium lactate, ammonium glycolate, ammonium oxalate, ammonium succinate, ammonium malonate, ammonium adipate, ammonium benzoate, ammonium glutarate, and ammonium azelate. The electrolytic solution also contains not less than 1 wt % of one or more compounds selected from organic carboxylic acids with a particular structure and ammonium salts of these organic acids. The melting point of the electrolytic solution is −10° C. and below, the chlorine content of a sealing material of the capacitor is not more than 300 ppm to the weight of the sealing material. The impedance ratio of 20° C. to −10° C. at 100 kHz of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor is 4 or less. The present invention can provide a highly reliable aluminum electrolytic capacitor of rated voltage of under 100V, which achieves superior impedance and low temperature properties, and has little risk of ignition even when the electrolytic solution is released.

The seal is an elastic body containing a butyl rubber polymer which is a copolymer of isobutylene, isoprene and divinylbenzene, and a peroxide as a vulcanizing agent. At least a portion of the seal has a hardness of about 65 International Rubber Hardness Degrees.
