    摘要: An amorphous transformer which includes an amorphous core formed of an amorphous material with a lap provided at an upper portion and allowed to stand in substantially a vertical direction while being supported at a core support member, and a coil which is fitted with the amorphous core. The core support member is formed by integrating a core support member for supporting a side surface of the amorphous core and a corner support member for supporting a corner portion of the core. The core support member is provided in substantially a vertical direction along at least one of the side surfaces of the core.

    摘要: Disclosed is a wound iron core (3) for a static apparatus in which magnetic paths in the inside of the wound iron core are subdivided to improve iron core characteristics. The iron core (3) is configured by using two or more kinds of magnetic materials (11 to 14) with different magnetic permeabilities to form laminated blocks with single plates or a plurality of laminated plates and by alternately arranging the laminated blocks with different magnetic permeabilities from the inner circumference. An iron core material (14) with large magnetic permeability out of iron core materials with different magnetic permeabilities is arranged on the inner circumference side. Further, when the iron core materials with different magnetic permeabilities are alternately arranged, the iron core materials (11) with the same magnetic permeability are configured to gradually change in thickness to ease an excessive magnetic flux density distribution in the iron core. A ring-shaped iron core is configured such that a plurality of block-like laminated members, which are each formed by laminating a plurality of strip-like amorphous material thin plates, are laminated and formed into a ring shape and a sheet-like non-magnetic insulation material is arranged between the n-th (n: an integer of two or more) layer of the ring-shaped block-like laminated members from the most inner circumference side and the (n+1)-th layer of the ring-shaped block-like laminated members from the most inner circumference side.

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a transformer core includes a drawing which draws magnetic sheet materials in parallel from winding bodies. A cutter cuts the sheet materials at predetermined positions substantially simultaneously to form sheets each with a different length. An overlapping unit forms a block-shaped laminate by laminating the cut magnetic sheet materials in length and forms a resultant laminate by laminating the formed block-shaped laminates. An annulation unit forms an annular structure of the resultant laminate so that the longer block-shaped laminate forms the outer annular portion and the shorter block-shaped laminate forms the inner annular portion. Both ends of the magnetic sheet materials are abutted or overlapped to locate the abutted or overlapped portions at annularly different positions between adjoining layers of the magnetic sheet materials. A control unit controls the drawing unit, cutter and overlapping unit.

The resultant laminate formed by laminating the plural block-shaped laminates are formed into an annular structure so that the longer block-shaped laminate is wound on the outer circumference of the winding core and the shorter block-shaped laminate is wound on the inner circumference, and abutting and overlapping both ends of the respective magnetic sheet materials so that the abutting or the overlapped portions are located at circumferentially different positions between the adjoining layers of the magnetic materials.

    摘要: A reactor device is provided with a yoke section incorporating an elliptical wire-wound iron core and an iron-core leg section having wire-wound iron cores stacked one on another. The reactor device may have significantly deteriorated magnetic properties due to an abnormal current caused by a magnetic flux developed in the leg section. The short circuit of the abnormal current is cut by providing a cut portion from the center of the end surface of a wire-wound iron core in the leg section to the outer shape thereof and then insulating the cut portion. Use is made of a fixture jig to maintain the shape of the iron core even after the iron core has been cut, and at a final stage, use is made of a band or tape for maintaining the shape. The band used for maintaining the shape is adapted to prevent a magnetic flux developed in the iron core from making one turn.

    摘要: There is provided an amorphous core annealing method in which the annealing temperature distribution within an iron core is regulated so that deterioration in the magnetic properties, which is caused by unevenness of the annealing temperature within the core, can be suppressed, and the annealing time can be shortened. In order to regulate the annealing temperature distribution within the amorphous core at the annealing time, a heater functioning as a heat source is held between laminated thin-film amorphous materials of an iron core, and annealing is performed. By uniformly regulating the annealing conditions within the core, deterioration in the magnetic properties, which is caused by unevenness of annealing, can be suppressed to a minimum. Also, an iron core of a special specification, for example, a core having a low core loss, or a core having a high magnetroresistance, can be manufactured by using different annealing conditions within the iron core.
