    摘要: An animal experiment apparatus is disclosed. Heated air or cooled air introduced into an air fan chamber provided in a housing is circulated in the housing by an air fan. The housing is vertically divided into a plurality of chambers by reticulate partition shelves and a cage containing a small animal is put into and out of each chamber. The housing is provided with a commutator plate for controlling the circulating air and/or a temperature detector, a humidity detector, a control unit for controlling the housing in accordance with signals from the detectors, and a brightness-controlling device.

And then, an n-type impurity, for example, phosphorous is ion-implanted into the amorphous/polycrystalline silicon film to form an n-type amorphous/polycrystalline silicon film, the n-type amorphous/polycrystalline silicon film is processed to form a gate electrode having a gate length shorter than 0.1 μm, a sidewall formed of an insulating film is formed on a side wall of the gate electrode, and a source/drain diffusion layer is formed. Thereafter, a cobalt silicide (CoSi2) layer is formed on an upper portion of the gate electrode by salicide technique.

    摘要: A coated powder is obtained by coating a powder to be treated, with a mixture, as a coating agent, which includes 60 wt % to 90 wt % of an extremely hardened plant fat and oil having a melting point of 50° C. or more and 10 wt % to 40 wt % of an ester oil agent derived from a plant fat and oil. The powder is coated with the coating agent preferably at a temperature higher than the melting point of the extremely hardened plant fat and oil by 10 to 20° C. The powder is coated with the coating agent in an amount of 1 wt % to 15 wt %, particularly preferably 3 wt % to 10 wt %. Further, cosmetic preparations can be obtained by using the coated powder as a part or an entire part of the cosmetic preparations.
