摘要: A blowby gas ventilation system for an internal combustion engine capable of preventing oil from being diluted by efficiently and quickly exhausting a blowby gas together with a water content and the like from a crank chamber through forced ventilation of the crank chamber. The blowby gas ventilation system is intended for a four-stroke-cycle internal combustion engine. The system includes a fresh air introduction pipe, through which fresh air is sent from an outside of the internal combustion engine through a throttle portion to a crank chamber. The system also includes a blowby gas return passageway, through which the blowby gas is returned back to a downstream side of an air cleaner.

摘要: An active splitter is disclosed for splitting an input signal into a plurality of split output signals. The active splitter may include a plurality of active circuits connected in parallel that produce the plurality of split output signals from the received input signal, where each active circuit of the plurality of active circuits produces a corresponding split output signal from the plurality of split output signals that is substantially similar to the received input signal.

摘要: An exposure method and apparatus are provided. The exposure apparatus of the present invention includes a discontinuous exposure unit which discontinuously exposes the scan-end point in a first field to be scanned on an exposure substrate, and also discontinuously exposes the scan-start point in a second field to be scanned on the exposure substrate. The exposure substrate is moved so that the scan-end point in the first field and the scan-start point in the second field overlap with each other to form an intermediate area to be exposed. In the intermediate area, the exposure of the first field and the exposure of the second field are averaged to prevent a difference in width of the intermediate area. This effect can be achieved without prolonging the exposure time.
