The disclosure is for reconstructing a downlink channel in a wireless communication system. An operation method for a base station is provided. The operation method includes the steps of transmitting downlink reference signals (RSs) to a terminal, receiving an indication of a first channel matrix estimated by the terminal and at least one uplink RS; estimating a second channel matrix on the basis of the at least one uplink RS, and on the basis of the first channel matrix and the second channel matrix, reconstructing channel information to be used for data transmission.

The processor may determine the primary beam and the secondary beam based on feedback information regarding beams of the base station, received from the terminal. The at least one transceiver may be configured to transmit, to the terminal, indication information for identifying the primary beam and the secondary beam, perform communication with the terminal by using the primary beam, and perform communication with the terminal by using the primary beam and the secondary beam based on a determination of a change of a communication state for the primary beam.

A transmission control method and a central management apparatus for performing the method are provided. The method includes receiving transmission control-related information from a base station, determining transmission power of at least one base station and the transmission point of a user equipment based on the transmission control-related information, and transmitting information about the determined transmission power and transmission point of the user equipment to the at least one base station. Furthermore, a base station adjusting transmission power and an operation method of the base station may be controlled under the control of the central management apparatus.
