Abstract: An electronic device mountable on an autonomous driving vehicle and a method for controlling the same are provided. The electronic device of the disclosure includes: a communicator including circuitry, a memory, and a processor configured to: control the electronic device to receive metadata for map streaming from a server via the communicator based on at least one communication method, determine at least one type of data to be received from the server among a plurality of types of data included in the metadata based on state information of the vehicle and a bandwidth of the at least one communication method, and control the electronic device to receive and provide the determined at least one type of data from the server via the communicator.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic device equipped with a pressure sensor according to various embodiments. The electronic device may include: a housing including a first face facing a first direction and a second face facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, and including a conductive material provided on at least a portion of the second face; a touch screen display disposed between the first face and second face of the housing and exposed through the first face; a first pressure sensor disposed between the touch screen display and the second face of the housing and configured to sense pressure of an external object for the touch screen display; a second pressure sensor coupled to the second face of the housing and configured to sense pressure of an external object for the second face of the housing; and a support member spaced apart from the second face of the housing in the second direction. The second pressure sensor may include: a conductive pattern disposed between the support member and the conductive material; and a dielectric layer disposed between the conductive pattern and the conductive material. The second pressure sensor may be configured to generate an output on the basis of a change in capacitance associated with the conductive pattern, the conductive material, and the dielectric layer. Various embodiments may be possible for the pressure sensor.

Abstract: Disclosed in various embodiments of the present invention are a method and a device, the device comprising a touch sensing module, a memory and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to detect a touch input while a low-power display mode is driven, store, in the memory, touch data corresponding to the detected touch input, change the low-power display mode to another designated mode, reset a touch baseline of the touch sensing module in response to the mode change, and compensate for the touch strength of the stored touch data at least on the basis of the designated mode. Abstract: According to various embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device comprises a display panel including a touch sensor, and a processor, wherein the processor can be configured to: acquire a user input inputted in a designated area of the display panel through the touch sensor; identify a pattern corresponding to the form of the user input; perform a designated operation based on the user input when the pattern corresponds to a first designated condition; check the time during which the user input is maintained with respect to the designated area when the pattern corresponds to a second designated condition; determine the designated area as an ineffective input area on the basis of checking for whether the time corresponds to a designated time range; and ignore the user input inputted through the ineffective input area, or another input related to the user input. In addition to the various embodiments disclosed in the present invention, other various embodiments are possible.
