    摘要: An electronic circuit includes a unit pixel, a first clamp circuit, and a second clamp circuit. The unit pixel outputs a voltage having an output voltage level at a first output voltage level in a first time interval and at a second output voltage level in a second time interval different from the first time interval. The first clamp circuit is configured to clamp the output voltage level from the unit pixel to a first voltage level responsive to the first output voltage level being not greater than the first voltage level in the first time interval. The second clamp circuit is configured to clamp the output voltage level from the unit pixel to a second voltage level responsive to the second output voltage level being not greater than the second voltage level in the second time interval.

The image sensor further includes a sampler sampling the output pixel signal to generate a sampling signal having a time interval corresponding to a magnitude of the output pixel signal, and a counter counting the generated sampling signal, based on a counter clock, to generate a counting value corresponding to the time interval of the sampling signal. The sampler samples the reset output of the output pixel signal n times to generate first to n-th reset sampling signals, where n is an integer of 2 or more.

The image signal processor receives a signal of a first code value that corresponds to an active pixel included in an active area, calculates a correction value based on a second code value associated with a first area and a third code value associated with a second area, and calculates an output code value based on the first code value and the correction value. The first area and the second area are different from the active area. The correction value includes a component of the third code value in proportion to a distance between the active pixel and the first area and includes a component of the second code value in proportion to a distance between the active pixel and the second area.

    摘要: A method of controlling an electronic device is provided which includes electrically connecting a battery with an external power source using a first switch such that a first portion of a first current supplied from the external power source is supplied to a system circuit of the electronic device and a second portion of the first current is supplied to the battery, determining whether a specified condition is satisfied, electrically disconnecting the battery from the external power source using the first switch and electrically connecting the battery with a resistor using a second switch, if the specified condition is satisfied, verifying an electrical characteristic of a current applied to the resistor while the battery is electrically disconnected from the external power source and is electrically connected with the resistor, and determining whether an operation of the battery is abnormal, based at least on a part of the electrical characteristic.
