摘要: An array sensor and a method for forming and operating the same are provided. The array sensor includes: a sensor circuit including an array of pixel units that includes N rows of pixel units; and a driving circuit including at least N rows of shifting units; where the driving circuit further includes: a first global clearing signal line connected with odd rows of shifting units, a signal of which being applied to trigger the odd rows of shifting units to simultaneously turn on odd rows of pixel units, so that the odd rows of pixel units simultaneously discharge residual charge; and a second global clearing signal line connected with even rows of shifting units, a signal of which being applied to trigger the even rows of shifting units to simultaneously turn on even rows of pixel units, so that the even rows of pixel units simultaneously discharge residual charge.

摘要: An optical fingerprint module includes a backlight source, an optical fingerprint sensor including a first surface, a second surface, at least one first non-opaque region and photosensitive pixels, and an OLED display panel including a third surface, a fourth surface and at least one second non-opaque region. The optical fingerprint sensor is disposed between the OLED device panel and the backlight source. Light emitted from the backlight source at least partially passes through the first non-opaque region from the first surface and reaches the second surface, transmits from the second surface to the third surface, passes through the second non-opaque region and reaches the fourth surface. The light reaching the fourth surface is at least partially reflected to be applied to capture a fingerprint image, the reflected light returns to the second non-opaque region, reaches the third surface, transmits to the second surface, and enters the photosensitive pixels.

摘要: A method for image capture of a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) flat-panel image sensor is provided. The method for image capture includes: driving one of the plurality of scanning lines within a driving time; and collecting signals from the plurality of data lines by the signal readout chip periodically with a first period as a signal capture period; where the first period have a same time duration with the driving time, an end time point of an m-th first period coincides with a start time point of an (m+1)-th first period, where m is a positive integer, and an end time point of an n-th driving time coincides with a start time point of an (n+1)-th driving time, where n is a positive integer. The method for image capture can improve stability of the signal readout chip and reduce design difficulty of the entire circuit system.

摘要: An optical fingerprint imaging system and an optical assembly are provided. The optical fingerprint imaging system includes: a sensor including a substrate and a photosensitive layer, wherein the substrate has a first surface and a second surface which is opposite to and lower than the first surface, and the photosensitive layer is in contact with the first surface of the substrate; a light source disposed at a position lower than the first surface and higher than the second surface, and light emitted from the light source is adapted to be guided by the substrate of the sensor to the first surface of the substrate; and a mounting element adapted to mount the light source at a fixed position. 摘要: A display module is provided, which includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed face to face, where the first substrate is a non-opaque substrate; and a self-luminous display layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, where the self-luminous display layer includes display pixels, each of the display pixel includes a light emitting device, and the light emitting device includes a self-luminous layer; and further includes: an optical fingerprint sensing layer disposed between the self-luminous display layer and the second substrate, where the optical fingerprint sensing layer has a photosensitive pixel region and the photosensitive pixel region includes a plurality of photosensitive pixels; the self-luminous display layer has a non-opaque region, at least a portion of light transmitting from the first substrate to the self-luminous display layer can pass through the self-luminous display layer via the non-opaque region, and reach the optical fingerprint sensing layer; and the self-luminous display layer has a light-blocked region located between the self-luminous layer and the optical fingerprint sensing layer which is configured to prevent light emitting from the self-luminous layer from reaching the optical fingerprint sensing layer before entering the first substrate. Therefore, performance of the display module can be enhanced.
