Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dental curable composition that can be suitably used as a dental material that can substitute part or all of a natural tooth, in particular, a resin material for dental cutting and machining in the field of dental care. An object of the present invention is to provide a dental curable composition in which, when a block shape usable as a resin material for dental cutting and machining is produced while mechanical properties such as hardness, bending strength and compressive strength as well as aesthetic property required for a crown prosthetic appliance are maintained, the dental curable composition can be molded and processed with pressure and heating while strain generated in the block is reduced and no cracks and chipping occur. There is provided a dental curable composition including (a) a polymerizable monomer and (b) a filler in a weight ratio of 10:90 to 70:30, and including 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of (c) a polymerization initiator and 0.001 to 1 part by weight of (d) a chain transfer agent being a terpenoid compound based on 100 parts by weight of the polymerizable monomer (a).
Abstract:
A dental resin temporary sealing material composition that is excellent in adhesion to the tooth substance and removability of the hardened material and has a preventive function of releasing various ions including a fluoride ion is provided. The adhesion to cavity walls can be improved and, since there is little dimensional change during hardening, excellent sealability in a cavity can be attained.
Abstract:
A single-paste, self-adhesive dental curable composition that has strong self-adhesion to biological hard tissues (such as enamel and dentin of teeth) and good color tone adaptability suitable for use for aesthetic restoration is provided. A dental curable composition contains: an inorganic particle (A) with an average grain size in the range of 0.1 to 50 μm; an inorganic particle (B) with an average grain size in the range of 0.1 to 50 μm; a polymerizable monomer (C); and a polymerization catalyst (D). The refractive index na of the inorganic particle (A) and the refractive index nb of the inorganic particle (B) meet the relationship of na>nb. A cured resin material (E), which is obtained by curing a polymerizable composition containing the polymerizable monomer (C) and the polymerization catalyst (D), has a refractive index ne that meets the relationship (1): 0≦|na−ne|

An artificial nail composition having improved adhesion with natural nails (user's own nails) is provided. The present invention relates to an artificial nail composition comprising (a) a photo-polymerizable monomer having at least one primary alcoholic hydroxyl group in the molecule, and/or a photo-polymerizable monomer having at least one carboxyl group and at least one primary alcoholic hydroxyl group in the molecule; (b) a photo-polymerizable monomer having at least one carboxyl group in the molecule except for the photo-polymerizable monomer (a); (c) a photo-polymerizable monomer except for the photo-polymerizable monomers (a) and (b); and (d) a photo-polymerization initiator.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a deagglomerated glass filler for sustained ion release for imparting ion sustained-release property to a dental material for use in the dental field. The dental material means a material for use in filling, prosthetic repair, temporary sealing, temporary bonding, preparation of a prosthetic appliance, adhesion/luting, pit and fissure sealing, or the like in a dental treatment. A glass filler for sustained ion release that sufficiently continuously releases a metal ion present in a glass composition as compared with a conventional glass filler for sustained ion release has been demanded in the field of a dental material. Such an object is achieved by a glass filler for sustained ion release that is obtained by performing a silane compound treatment step and an acidic polymer treatment step and that is controlled to satisfy a specific D50 particle size relationship in each of the steps.
Abstract:
To provide a dental composition wherein the acid buffering capacity can be attained and the acid resistance of the tooth substance can be improved while maintaining very high foul breath inhibition capacity. A dental composition including: ion sustained-release glass; and a carrier for supporting the ion sustained-release glass, wherein the ion sustained-release glass is fluoroaluminoborosilicate glass having a composition range of: 15% to 35% by mass SiO2; 15% to 30% by mass Al2O3; 5% to 20% by mass B2O3; 20% to 45% by mass SrO; 5% to 15% by mass F; and 0% to 10% by mass Na2O.
Abstract:
To provides a polymerizable composition having high storage stability and high color stability. To provide a two-paste type dental polymerizable composition of the present invention is a two-paste type dental polymerizable composition comprising a first paste containing (A) at least one kind of polemerizable monomer, an (B) organic peroxide as a chemical polymerization initiator, and a (C) basic filler, and a second paste containing (A) at least one kind of polemerizable monomer, a (C) basic filler and an (D) aromatic amine compound as a chemical polymerization accelerator, wherein the second paste contains 30 to 80 parts by weight of the (C) basic filler based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the second paste.

Abstract:
Provided is a nozzle mounting structure of a component container by which a nozzle configured to rotate between a first position and a second position may be mounted to a housing without the need for a high processing precision and a high assembly precision. A pair of shaft portions support a body with the nozzle unitarily formed therewith. The nozzle rotates between the first position and the second position. A curved convex surface provided on the body is pressed against a curved concave surface provided on a first bottom wall portion of a housing by a pressing force imparted from a support portion.
Abstract:
Provided is a two-component mixing container in which a piston member may be capable of a rotation motion operation and a linear motion operation without the need for a complex guide groove. Two or more spring structure portions are provided at the piston member. The two or more spring structure portions impart a pressing force on an inner wall surface of the third cylindrical portion. Two or more fitting grooves are formed in the third cylindrical portion. In this fitting state, the piston member and a second-component containing member rotate together without contact portions getting out of the fitting grooves. When a force of a predetermined level or higher toward a third bottom wall portion is applied to an operating rod portion with a second-component containing chamber and a mixing chamber being communicable with each other, the contact portions get out of the fitting grooves.
