    Abstract: An accelerator powder for cement and also rapid-setting binder compositions which contain the accelerator powder and the use in mortar or concrete. The accelerator powder includes from 10 to 99.7% by weight of a water-insoluble mineral powder P and from 0.3 to 90% by weight of at least one compound V selected from the group consisting of alkali metal halides and alkaline earth metal halides, alkali metal nitrates and alkaline earth metal nitrates, alkali metal nitrites and alkaline earth metal nitrites, alkali metal thiocyanates and alkaline earth metal thiocyanates and hydroxyalkylamines or salts thereof, and mixtures thereof.

    Abstract: A system for applying a building material including: a mixing device for mixing individual components of the building material into a curable building material; a pressure head which can be moved in at least one spatial direction and by means of which the workable building material can be applied; a delivery line, with which the curable building material can be conveyed from the mixing device to the pressure head; at least one delivery device for delivering the curable building material from the mixing device through the delivery line to the pressure head; a feed device, which is designed in such a manner that at least two separate components of the building material can be fed via at least two separate inlets into the mixing device, more particularly into a mixing chamber of the mixing device.

    Abstract: A method for producing a three-dimensional object from a curable binder composition with an additive manufacturing process, the method including the steps of: producing the curable binder composition in the setting state, preferably by mixing the constituents of the curable binder composition in a mixing unit, conveying the curable binder composition in the setting state via a supply line to a printing head movable in at least one spatial direction, applying the curable binder composition in the setting state by means of the printing head, wherein the curable binder composition is preferably applied layer-by-layer, to form the three-dimensional object, determining a pressure drop over a length section of the supply line with at least two pressure measuring device(s), optionally, determining a flow rate of the curable binder composition in the supply line, optionally determining a temperature of the curable binder composition in the supply line.
