摘要： An inorganic mortar system includes a curable aluminous cement component A and an initiator component B for initiating the curing process, as well as a calcium carbonate with a crystalline calcite content determined by XRD of greater than 80% and a specific surface area of greater than 15 m2/g in component A and/or component B. Component A further includes at least one blocking agent selected from the group consisting of boric acid, phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, phosphorous acid and phosphonic acids, at least one accelerator, and water, and component B includes an activator, at least one retarder, at least one mineral filler, and water. Moreover, the calcium carbonate accelerates calcium aluminate cement hydration. A method for the chemical fastening of anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars in mineral substrates is developed.

摘要： Provided herein are methods and compositions utilizing one or more cementitious replacement materials, one or more alkaline activating materials, and, optionally one or more bonding materials and/or one or more setting time enhancer materials. The one or more cement precursors comprises one or more of calcareous sludge; paper pulp, biomass flyash; bag house dust; biomass sludge; filter cakes from bio industry's and wastewater treatment; bio ash; biomedical ash; agricultural ash; sugar cane bagasse; rice husk ash; palm oil fuel ash; oxygen furnace slags; plant stalks; bio char; starch; pyrophyllite; or a combination thereof. The one or more alkaline activating agents comprises potassium silicate, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, reactive magnesium oxide, calcium chloride, sodium carbonate, silicone dioxide, sodium aluminate, calcium sulfate, sodium sulfate, or dolomite, or a combination thereof. The system comprises a vertical impact mixer.

摘要： A multi-component inorganic anchoring system, for chemical fastening of anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars in mineral substrates, includes a curable powdery aluminous cement component A and an initiator component B in an aqueous phase for initiating a curing process. Component A further includes calcium carbonate and component B includes an accelerator constituent and water. The calcium carbonate in component A has an average particle size in the range of from 0.5 to 150 μm. Methods can be utilized for using calcium carbonate having an average particle size in the range of from 0.5 to 150 μm in a multi-component inorganic anchoring system to increase load values. Methods can also be utilized for chemical fastening of anchors, such as metal anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars, in mineral substrates, such as structures made of brickwork, concrete, pervious concrete, or natural stone.

摘要： A regulating cementitious material for promoting hydration of Portland cement is provided. The regulating cementitious material may include ingredients by weight as follows: ye'elimite, 27˜68 parts; anhydrite, 29˜68 parts; lithium nitrite, 2˜5 parts; ethylene glycol monoisopropanolamine, 0.14˜0.29 parts; triethanolamine acetate, 0.04˜0.09 parts; and polyglycerol, 0.04˜0.09 parts. An early strength of Portland cement can be improved through a cooperative hydration between minerals and an enhanced solubilization of a complexing agent.
