    Abstract: The present invention is a centrifugal projector (1) for projecting projection material (2) toward a processing target, comprising a side plate (11), a plurality of blades (3) attached to the side plate, a rotary shaft (14) for rotating the side plate and the blades, and an introducing part (32) for introducing the projection material between the blades; wherein the blades (3) includes a projection surface (3a) for projecting the projection material, and the projection surface (3a) has a first part (3b) being a radial inner part of the blade and a second part (3c) being a radial outer part of the blade; the first part (3b) is formed to be pitched so that a radial outer side (3e) of the first part is positioned to a rear in the rotational direction (R1) compared to a radial inner side (3f) of the first part, and the second part (3c) of the blade is formed to be positioned to a front in the rotational direction (R1) of an imaginary line (L1) which extends the first part (3b) of the blade toward a radial outer side of the projector.

    Abstract: A separation device that separates a mixture of magnetic bodies that are granular and non-magnetic bodies that is granular into the magnetic bodies and the non-magnetic bodies. The separation device includes a magnetic force separating mechanism, a wind force generation portion, a first wind force separating portion, and a second wind force separating portion. The magnetic force separating mechanism separates the mixture into first separated objects and second separated objects by attracting the magnetic bodies from the mixture of magnetic force. The first separated objects mainly contain the magnetic and non-magnetic bodies. The second separated objects mainly contain the non-magnetic bodies and magnetic bodies. The wind force generation portion generates wind force. The first wind force separates the first separated objects into the magnetic and non-magnetic bodies of wind force. The second wind force separates the second separated objects into the non-magnetic bodies and magnetic bodies of wind force.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shot peening apparatus for which size increase is limited by projecting a shot material evenly on a workpiece using a single projector. The present invention provides a shot peening apparatus equipped with a workpiece-conveying mechanism for conveying a workpiece and a projector for projecting a shot material at the workpiece. The workpiece-conveying mechanism is equipped with: a pair of rollers, which extend in the workpiece conveyance direction, on which the workpieces are loaded, and which are rotated centered on the longitudinal axis line; an endless chain; and conveyance members for pressing and conveying workpieces in the conveyance direction. The projector is a centrifugal projector and is equipped with: a control cage into which the shot material is supplied and in which a first opening and a second opening are formed; and a bladed wheel, which is provided with multiple blades having a backward-sloping section that slopes toward the back in the rotation direction and which rotates centered on the central axis line of the control cage. The first opening and the second opening of the control cage are separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the control cage and are disposed offset from each other in the direction of the central axis line of the control cage.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drum-type shot peening device capable of shortening processing time. This shot peening device comprises: a bottomed, cylindrical drum having one end thereof open; and a projector provided on the open side of the drum and which projects projection material on to a workpiece inserted inside the drum.     Abstract: A magnetic separating apparatus and magnetic sorting method can precisely and efficiently separate magnetic and non-magnetic material with a simple structure. The apparatus includes a granular mixture supply portion that supplies a granular mixture so as to naturally fall; a rotating drum having a part of an outer surface located on a falling path of the granular mixture, the rotating drum being rotationally driven in an opposite direction relative to the falling direction of the granular mixture; a first magnet that imparts a magnetic attractive force to a certain area defined by rotation in the opposite direction with a sorting area as a starting point; a naturally falling area to which the granular mixture that has come into contact with the rotating drum naturally falls; and a conveyed falling area to which the granular mixture naturally falls after being magnetically attracted to and conveyed by the rotating drum.
