    Abstract: Provided is a shot-blasting apparatus which is capable of efficiently perform dust collection and ventilation of an inside of a projection chamber, even using a dust collector having a small-size and low-cost suction device. The shot-blasting apparatus comprises: a cabinet (10); a plurality of process chambers (13a, 13b) provided inside the cabinet in such a manner that each of the process chambers is capable of housing a workpiece therein and selectively movable between a carry-in-and-out position and a projection position; an air inlet port (19) for introducing external air into each of the process chambers therethrough; and an air outlet port provided at a position opposed to the air inlet port across the process chamber set at the projection position, and linearly communicated with an internal space of the process chamber set at the projection position, wherein, according to suction from the air outlet port, air is caused to flow from the air inlet port into the process chamber set at the projection position, and led to the air outlet port while passing through the process chamber set at the projection position.

    Abstract: A shot treatment device includes, a rotary table rotatable in a first rotation direction about a first rotation shaft extending along a vertical direction, a plurality of placement tables arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction on an upper surface of the rotary table, an ejector configured to eject shot media, a first inspection detector configured to inspect surface properties of a workpiece, a shot chamber in which shot media is ejected to a workpiece, and a first inspection chamber provided downstream in the first rotation direction from the shot chamber. The ejector ejects shot media to a workpiece held on a first placement table that has entered the shot chamber, and the first inspection detector capable of ascending and descending is disposed above a second placement table that has entered the first inspection chamber and inspects surface properties of a workpiece held on the second placement table.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shot peening apparatus for which size increase is limited by projecting a shot material evenly on a workpiece using a single projector. The present invention provides a shot peening apparatus equipped with a workpiece-conveying mechanism for conveying a workpiece and a projector for projecting a shot material at the workpiece. The workpiece-conveying mechanism is equipped with: a pair of rollers, which extend in the workpiece conveyance direction, on which the workpieces are loaded, and which are rotated centered on the longitudinal axis line; an endless chain; and conveyance members for pressing and conveying workpieces in the conveyance direction. The projector is a centrifugal projector and is equipped with: a control cage into which the shot material is supplied and in which a first opening and a second opening are formed; and a bladed wheel, which is provided with multiple blades having a backward-sloping section that slopes toward the back in the rotation direction and which rotates centered on the central axis line of the control cage. The first opening and the second opening of the control cage are separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the control cage and are disposed offset from each other in the direction of the central axis line of the control cage.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drum-type shot peening device capable of shortening processing time. This shot peening device comprises: a bottomed, cylindrical drum having one end thereof open; and a projector provided on the open side of the drum and which projects projection material on to a workpiece inserted inside the drum. The projector comprises: a cylindrical control gauge having an opening window that is formed in the side wall thereof and serves as a discharge port for the projection material, said opening window having a rectangular shape having two sides thereof parallel to the center axis of the control gauge having the projection material supplied therein; and an impeller comprising a plurality of blades arranged on the outside of the control gauge so as to extend in the radial outside direction of the control gauge, said impeller rotating around the center axis of the control gauge and having a backward-tilting section that is tilted towards the rear side in the blade rotation direction and is provided on the surface on the front side in the rotation direction.

    Abstract: A first inspection step nondestructively inspects a surface side state of a treatment target to be subjected to shot processing of shooting shot media at the treatment target and evaluates that the treatment target is failed when an inspection result deviates from a first allowable range predetermined. A condition setting step sets a shot processing condition in response to the inspection result of the first inspection step for the treatment target evaluated as not failed in the first inspection step. A shot processing step performs shot processing of shooting shot media at the treatment target evaluated as not failed in the first inspection step in the shot processing condition set in the condition setting step. A second inspection step after the shot processing step nondestructively inspects a surface side state of the treatment target.
