Abstract: An ultrasound diagnostic system includes: an ultrasonic probe having a plurality of transducers and configured to obtain a plurality of pieces of ultrasound image data of a subject, the transducers being arranged in a first direction and configured to transmit ultrasonic waves toward the subject and receive ultrasonic waves reflected from the subject; a moving mechanism configured to move the ultrasonic probe in the first direction and in a second direction; and a controller including a processor configured to perform a process including, causing the moving mechanism to move the ultrasonic probe based on a position of a blood vessel in an ultrasound image, and generating blood vessel map data indicating information related to the blood vessel by referring to an image data storage in which the plurality of pieces of ultrasound image data are stored in association with respective amounts of movement in the first and second direction.

Abstract: An ultrasonic probe includes a transducer; a pulser; an amplifier; a wireless transmitter; temperature detectors at two or more locations from among a location of the pulser, a location of the amplifier, and a location of the wireless transmitter; and a processor comparing temperatures detected by the temperature detectors with first temperature thresholds set for the temperature detectors, and, when one or more temperature detectors detect temperatures that exceed corresponding first temperature thresholds, selecting any one of low power consumption operating modes based on which temperature detectors are the one or more temperature detectors detecting the temperatures that exceed corresponding first temperature thresholds, and switching an operating mode of each of one or more from among the pulser, the amplifier, and the wireless transmitter from a normal operating mode to the selected low power consumption operating mode.

Abstract: A processor of a general-purpose terminal acquires position information indicating whether a biological body is punctured from a first side of an ultrasonic probe apparatus or a second side opposite to the first side and angle information indicating a puncture angle, where these items of information are entered on a touch panel of a display, transmits these items of information to the probe apparatus via a wireless communication circuit, acquires, via the communication circuit, image information generated and transmitted by the probe apparatus based on reflected waves obtained by transmitting ultrasonic waves into the biological body from the probe apparatus at a first angle based on the above information, superimposes a puncture guide indicating a puncture path based on the above information on an ultrasonic image of the biological body or a puncture needle based on the image information, and displays a result of the superimposing on the display.
