Abstract:
[Object] To provide an acoustic output device capable of reproducing a more natural stereophonic sound giving a realistic sensation regardless of the influence of individual differences in the shapes of ears or an imperfection of the recording system or the reproducing system, through a combination of an air conduction sound and a bone conduction sound produced through bone conduction. [Solution] Provided is an acoustic output device including: an air conduction sound providing unit configured to provide an air conduction sound; and a bone conduction sound providing unit configured to provide a bone conduction sound. The bone conduction sound providing unit is positioned on a portion other than near an ear of a user when worn by the user. According to the an acoustic output device, it is possible to reproduce a stereophonic sound regardless of the influence of individual differences in the shapes of ears or an imperfection of the recording system or the reproducing system.

[Object] To provide an audio playback device which allows a novel listening experience for a listener by bone conduction from a prescribed position of the head area. [Solution] Provided is the audio playback device including at least one bone conduction device. The bone conduction device is provided at a position to be worn at a prescribed position of a head area of a listener. The prescribed position is a position allowing the listener to feel that a sound source moves from a position to which the bone conduction device is attached and to feel the sound source from another position.

The information processing apparatus includes a sound pickup sensor that has a sound pickup function, a communicating part that wirelessly transmits audio data picked up by the sound pickup sensor to the outside, a control part that controls the sound pickup sensor and the communicating part, a power source part that supplies a power source to at least one of the sound pickup sensor, the communicating part, or the control part, a housing part that accommodates therein at least one of the sound pickup sensor, the communicating part, the control part, or the power source part, and an adhering part that fixes the housing part to the user. The sound pickup part picks up a sound of the user using, for example, flesh conduction or bone conduction.

There is provided a signal processing device including a first reproduced sound outputting section configured to cause a first reproduced sound providing section to provide a first reproduced sound, a second reproduced sound outputting section configured to cause a second reproduced sound providing section to provide a second reproduced sound, a comparison result obtaining section configured to obtain a result of comparison between the first reproduced sound and the second reproduced sound, and a correcting section configured to generate, based on the obtained result of comparison, a signal for correcting an output feature of the second reproduced sound from the second reproduced sound outputting section.
