Abstract: A management apparatus, a measurement apparatus, a management method, a measurement method, and a digital device. The management apparatus at a user equipment side of a wireless communication system includes: a measurement unit, configured to perform wireless resource management measurement on reference signals of a target cell; an interference determination unit, configured to determine whether the interference of the measurement result meets a preset condition, and marking the measurement result with the interference meeting the preset condition as a high interference measurement result; a filtering unit, configured to perform layer-3 filtering on the measurement result; and a mobility management unit, configured to perform mobility management on the user equipment according to the high interference measurement result. Reliable and accurate measurement of reference signals in a small cell scenario is realized.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electronic device and a wireless communication method in a wireless communication system. The electronic device of the present disclosure comprises one or more processing circuits, configured to: acquire scenario identification information, comprising first link information that indicates the quality of a link between the electronic device and a user equipment, second link information that indicates the quality of a link between the electronic device and a base station, serving cell received power change rate information, and neighboring cell received power change rate information; and determine scenario information based on the scenario identification information, to inform the user equipment, so as to assist the user equipment to execute a relay reselection process, or to assist the electronic device to execute a relay selection process. By using the electronic device and the wireless communication method of the present disclosure, a remote user equipment is enabled to acquire a scenario in which the electronic device is located, so that the remote user equipment can better perform relay reselection or that the electronic device can better execute relay selection, thereby increasing the system performance and reducing overheads of an X2 interface.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electronic device in a wireless communication system and a wireless communication method. By using the electronic device and the wireless communication method in the present disclosure, an existing PRS signal can be reconfigured, so as to improve the positioning accuracy, and achieve the purpose of accelerating the positioning process.
