Abstract: A fully electrically controlled intelligent subsurface safety valve is provided, including an upper joint, a lower joint, a magnetic switch, an upper electromagnetic suction module, a central flow pipe, a magnetic piston ring, a lower electromagnetic suction module, a rebound flap valve mechanism, a displacement sensor, a temperature and pressure sensor, a flow sensor, and a power communication composite cable connector. With the magnetic assisted reset of the two electromagnetic suction modules, the safety valve closes more quickly in emergency situations, improving the reliability of the safety valve. By using a magnetic excitation switch, the safety valve can be quickly opened and closed, and the open or close state can be maintained independently, saving energy consumption in the control system. The present disclosure can better meet the needs of onshore and offshore oil and gas production operations and gas storage operations.

Abstract: Disclosed is an oil extraction and gas production method capable of in-situ sand control and removal by downhole hydraulic lift achieved by downhole oil extraction and gas production system and ground oil extraction and gas production system. The downhole systems mainly comprises a double-layer tube, a double-layer tube reducing joint, a double-layer tube packer, a hydrodynamic turbine motor, a sludge screw pump, a soil-sand separator and a negative pressure absorber; the ground system comprises a power fluid pressurizing module and a mix fluid treatment module. The present application lowers the difficulty of pumping and lifting downhole formation fluid; achieves downhole and in-situ sand control and sand discharge, alleviates the blockage and erosion of sand particles on equipments and reduces energy consumption; decreases the production cost and improves the operation efficiency, therefore is suitable for oil extraction and gas production in high sand content wells.

Abstract: The invention discloses an intelligent plugging robot and method thereof for rerouting, maintaining and repairing long-distance pipelines. The intelligent plugging robot includes a through-flow governor, a flow-blocking mechanism and a telescopic mechanism, wherein the through-flow governor and the flow-blocking mechanism are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the device. The invention can realize remote, fast, safe and accurate plugging during maintaining and repairing the long-distance pipeline, wherein the telescopic mechanism cooperates with the flow-blocking mechanism to move autonomously in the pipe to achieve precise positioning, the through-flow governor can not only adjust the plugging robot but also ensure the cleaning of the pipe wall, make it stable contact with the signal transceiver, and realize the stable communication between the robot in the pipe and the remote monitoring machine.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for solid-state fluidized mining of natural gas hydrates in a shallow seabed, including: a sea surface support system, a pipeline delivery system, and an undersea drilling system. The sea surface support system includes a hydrate drilling vessel floating on seawater. The pipeline delivery system includes a continuous double-layer oil pipe, a recyclable conduit installed in a sediment cover, an open-hole steering packer installed outside the recyclable conduit. The undersea drilling system includes a hydrate slurry separator, a single screw pump, a hydraulic motor, a jet head and a differential pressure sliding sleeve close to the hydrate drill bit. The present invention has the following beneficial effects. The device achieves a multi-directionally horizontal drilling and production in the hydrate reservoir with a single well head, improving the drilling efficiency and single well production.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a downhole automatic connection device for an oil pipe internal communication cable for intelligent layered water injection. The connection device comprises a water injection pipe string in which a cable lowering mechanism is arranged. The cable lowering mechanism comprises a cable, a cable female connector, a motor and load-bearing blades. The cable female connector comprises a female connector shell, a jack insulating plate and an electromagnet. A cable male connector is also fixedly arranged in the water injection pipe string. The cable male connector comprises a male connector shell, a pin insulating plate and an NdFeB magnet. A pin wire welding point is electrically connected with a sensor on an intelligent water distributor. A lead arranged in the pin insulating plate is connected between a pin and the pin wire welding point. The present invention also discloses a connection method.

The second extrusion ring is driven by a hydraulic rod to press the sealing rubber cylinder, causing it to expand and block the pipe wall to achieve sealing. Abstract: A double-layer coiled tubing double-gradient drilling system, on the basis of conventional drilling equipment, includes a double-layer coiled tubing system, separating fluid, a downhole lifting pump system, throttling control systems and a data monitoring system. Power fluid enters an annular space of the tubing through an adapter, passes through a downhole lifting pump, enters an inner pipe through a bridge channel, and enters the bottom hole through the drill bit. Return fluid enters an annular channel of the tubing through a recovery hole, then enters the inner pipe through the bridge channel and enters the lifting pump, and then enters a solid control system through the adapter and the control systems in sequence. Gradient control of the bottom hole pressure is realized through monitoring of the separating fluid and control of the drilling pump unit and throttling control systems. The problem of narrow safe drilling density window is solved.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a solid fluidization tubular separator for marine natural gas hydrate, which includes a first separator and a second separator, wherein the first separator includes the first separation sleeve, the power liquid pipe, the swirl baffle, the recovery mechanism and the sand discharge mechanism. After the hydrate is sucked into the first separation sleeve to generate a circumferential velocity, so that the mud and sand with high density are separated to the pipe wall of the first separation sleeve, and the mud and sand separated to the pipe wall are settled down from the gap between the swirl baffle and the pipe wall along the pipe wall. The hydrate swirl flows into the recovery mechanism, and then leaves the first separation sleeve and enters the second separator, so as to realize the separation of mud and sand and natural gas hydrate.
