摘要: A computer-implemented method for identifying a property usage type based upon sensor data includes, with customer permission or affirmative consent, receiving data generated by various sensors; generating a report that includes a listing of events recorded by each sensor; analyzing data from the report to determine a property usage type score; receiving data regarding types and levels of insurance coverage associated with the property usage type score; receiving data derived from a homeowner's insurance policy; comparing the types and levels of insurance coverage associated with the property usage type score with the types and levels of insurance coverage from the homeowner's current insurance policy; and transmitting a message to the homeowner to update their insurance policy if there are differences between (i) the insurance coverage that the homeowner has, and (ii) the insurance coverage the homeowner should have based upon the property usage type score.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for providing user interaction data associated with a property is presented. A plurality of dimensions associated with a portion of the property may be determined. Image data associated with the portion of the property may be determined using an image sensor. The plurality of dimensions associated with the portion of the property may be associated with the image data associated with the portion of the property to generate the user interaction data associated with the property. The user interaction data may be provided via a user interface. The user interaction data may allow a user of the user interface to view at least one image of the portion of the property. The at least one image may be based on the plurality of dimensions associated with the portion of the property and the image data associated with the portion of the property.

The component may be analyzed to determine a discount associated with the long-term care insurance policy, and the discount may then be applied to the long-term care insurance policy.

摘要: Systems and methods for processing insurance claims associated with a long-term care insurance policy are provided. According to certain aspects, an insurance claim that lists a set of services purportedly administered by a caregiver within a property of a policyholder may be received. Operation data may be collected from a set of devices that are populated within the property, where the operation data may be indicate a set of services that were actually performed. The set of purported services may be compared to the set of actual services, and the insurance claim may be processed accordingly.
