    Abstract: A compact cleaning apparatus including a robot with a narrow range of motion is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes: a cleaning chamber; a cleaning station; a drying station; a separation wall; a single axis robot including a column arranged adjacent to a side surface, a linear guide extending vertically, and a vertical moving saddle movable vertically; an arm portion including a first rotation saddle rotatable about a second axis extending vertically, a first arm swingable about a third axis extending horizontally and extending orthogonal to the third axis, a second arm rotatable about a fourth axis orthogonal to the third axis, a second rotation saddle rotatable about a fifth axis orthogonal to the fourth axis, a third rotation saddle rotatable about a sixth axis orthogonal to the fifth axis; and a hand for gripping a workpiece.

    Abstract: Provided is an abrasive water jet nozzle comprising a mixing chamber for absorbing the abrasives with air through a supply port; a water nozzle; a mixing nozzle disposed on the downstream side against the water nozzle, to mix the abrasives in a water jet jetted out of the water nozzle, and to jet the water jet into the mixing chamber out of a through hole of the mixing nozzle; and an abrasive nozzle disposed on the downstream side against the mixing nozzle, to introduce the water jet thereinto to jet an abrasive water jet. A diameter of the through hole is larger than that of the water nozzle so that the abrasives in the mixing chamber are absorbed with air in a clearance between the through hole and the water jet passing through the through hole to mix the abrasives in the water jet.

    Abstract: To control cutting process with cutting quality to obtain product without any uncut portion on a corner portion, and to respond to a change in cutting speed. Water jet cutting performed by: inputting a cutting program, set cutting speed, cutting parameters; calculating cutting speed matching the cutting quality; calculating cutting shape from the cutting program and dividing the cutting shape into a linear portion and a corner portion; calculating a corner cutting speed for the corner portion on the basis of a shape of the corner portion within range from the calculation cutting speed to the set cutting speed, set cutting speed equal to or higher than the calculation cutting speed; set cutting speed and the corner cutting speed to the linear portion and the corner portion, respectively, in the cutting program; moving the nozzle relative to the workpiece on the basis of the cutting program assigned with cutting speeds.
