    Abstract: The jet apparatus includes a nozzle having an injection reference position, an impact force distribution measuring body including a measurement reference position corresponding to the injection reference position, and a plurality of impact force detectors arranged in a lattice pattern on a plane, each impact force detector detects an impact force per unit area of the jet, and a control device including a threshold storage unit, an impact force distribution measuring unit measuring an impact force distribution based on the impact force detected by the impact force detectors when the jet collides with the impact force distribution measuring body, an evaluation value extraction unit extracting an evaluation value based on the impact force distribution, and an evaluation unit determining whether or not the nozzle is adaptive based on comparison result of the evaluation value and the threshold.

The second propeller shaft transmits a torque from the second driving source. The first transmission device transmits a rotation of the first propeller shaft to the first saddle. The second transmission device transmits a rotation of the second propeller shaft to the second saddle. The holding device holds the object.

The swivel joint has a swivel housing, a swivel shaft, a first nozzle flow path and a second nozzle flow path. The cleaning apparatus 10 for cleaning a workpiece W by jetting cleaning liquid from nozzles 22 disposed in a cleaning region E includes: a moving device 70; a feeding device 40 that is disposed facing the cleaning region E to hold and move the workpiece W; a holding device 17 that is disposed on the feeding device 40 to hold the workpiece W; a moving device 70 that movably supports the feeding device 40; and a cover device 14 that shields the moving device 70 from the cleaning region E and allows the feeding device 40 to pass therethrough. The feeding device 40 moves the workpiece W to the cleaning region E for cleaning.
