    摘要: A method for producing a rubber member according to the present invention includes the steps of: supplying a rubber composition to a cylinder provided in an extruder; extruding the rubber composition to a downstream side of the cylinder while kneading the rubber composition in an internal space of the cylinder that includes a plurality of protruding members protruding from an inner wall surface of the cylinder; compressing the rubber composition at least once in the step of extruding the rubber composition to the downstream side; discharging a gas generated from the compressed rubber composition to outside of the cylinder; discharging, through a discharge outlet of the cylinder, the rubber composition after the gas has been generated; and molding the rubber composition that has been discharged through the discharge outlet into a predetermined rubber member shape.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire 1 is provided in a bead portion 4 with a bead core 5 formed of a bead wire 20. The bead core 5 has a wound single bead wire structure formed from turns of the single bead wire 20, and has at least three wire layers 10. Each side face of the bead core 5 has a shape such that it is possible to draw a common tangent 30 to at least two turns of the bead wire 20 appearing in the side face 51 which common tangent is substantially parallel with the tire radial direction. The turns of the bead wire 21 in the 1st wire layer 11 are alternated with the turns of the bead wire 22 in the 2nd wire layer 12 disposed on the outside of the 1st wire layer 11. The 1st wire layer 11 includes a turn 21 having the winding-start end 16 of the bead wire, which turn 21 is positioned between adjacent two turns 22 of the bead wire in the 2nd wire layer 12.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire manufacturing method is provided in which winding collapse is prevented, there is no possibility of adverse effects on the FV, a current-carrying layer can be formed easily, and down-stitching can be dispensed with or minimized in the manufacture of SOT-structure pneumatic tires having a base-pen structure in the tread. This pneumatic tire manufacturing method involves: a step in which a sidewall, an inner liner, and a ply are bonded on a first molding drum, beads are set, and the tread side part that will form the current-carrying layer is formed on the side wall, forming a first cover; a step in which a breaker and band are bonded on a second molding drum and the tread center part is formed on the band, shaping the tread ring; a step in which the first cover is inserted inside of the tread ring and inflated to bond to the tread ring with pressure; and a step in which the sidewall is bonded to the lateral surface of the first cover, and the tread side part and the tread center part are bonded together.

An annular core-mold main portion 11 having a molding surface 18 for shaping an inner surface of a pneumatic tire is included, and the core-mold main portion 11 is composed of a plurality of segments each of which is taken out toward the inside in a radial direction. In the molding surface 18 of the core-mold main portion 11, a ratio Bd/W of a maximum width W lying in regions for shaping sidewall portions and a width Bd in the tire axial direction measured at toe-end shaping positions 18e for shaping toe ends of bead portions is not less than 0.80. In an inside zone 30 from the toe-end shaping position 18e of the molding surface 18 to the position of the maximum width W, the angle α of a tangent T drawn to the molding surface 18 is not more than 15 degrees. The inside zone 30 includes an oblique part 32 in which the angle α of the tangent T is 30 to 45 degrees, and a ratio h/H of a length h in a radial direction of the oblique part 32 and a length H from the toe-end shaping position 18e to an intersecting point P of a line drawn in the tire radial direction from the toe-end shaping position 18e outwardly in the radial direction with the molding surface 18 is less than 0.25.
