摘要： A device (1) for filtering plastic melt having an inlet valve (14), an outlet valve (15) and a filter canister (2), wherein a cavity (3) closable by means of a cover (4) is formed and into which a melt channel (20) opens. In the filter canister (2) there is arranged a plurality of filter cartridges (5), which are each formed by a filter substrate (6) and a filter lattice (7). The filter substrate (6) comprises a wall having openings, said wall defining an internal space (8), which opens through an outlet (9) into a collection channel (10). The filter lattice (7) covers the openings of the filter substrate (6). The melt channel (20) is adjacent to the inlet valve (14) and may be brought into fluid communication with an outlet channel (16) via the inlet valve (14). The collection channel (10) is adjacent to the outlet valve (15) and may be brought into fluid communication with an outlet channel (18) via the outlet valve (15). The cover (4) fixes the filter lattices (7) onto the filter substrates (6).

摘要： The present disclosure relates to the technical field of adhesion property improvement, particularly to a process and device for improvement treatment of a polyester cord and a rubber adhesive. By filling an extremely few amount of calcined gypsum powders into chloroprene rubber to be secondarily stirred and extruded while adding fatty acid calcium and an anti-aging agent and uniformly mixing a stirring and mixing component using a specific solvent, the adhesion behavior between the rubber adhesive and the polyester cord is increased, and the bonding strength between the rubber adhesive and the polyester cord is improved; furthermore, through mutual connection and installation of the extrusion modification component, stirring and mixing component and the compounding modification component, continuous operation of modification treatment of the polyester cord and the rubber adhesive, the structure is simple, and use is convenient.

The extruders are capable of operating selectively in microextrusion mode with inactive electric generator or in electrospinning mode with active electric generator, in an independent manner from each other.

The present invention discloses: (i) a novel aliphatic polyester composition comprising a polyhydroxyalkanoate (referred to herein as PHA), an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (referred to herein as EVA) or similarly functional such material, and an ester of citrate acid plasticizer or similarly functional such material; and (ii) an inventive process for converting the novel aliphatic polyester composition into a textile by (a) melt extruding the aliphatic polyester material into an aliphatic polyester sheet; (b) heating said sheet; and (c) monoaxially or biaxially orienting said sheet in the machine direction followed by orientation in the transverse direction; and/or heating the monoaxially or biaxially oriented sheet at a temperature above the Tg of both the polyhydroxyalkanoate and ethylene-vinyl acetate resin components but below the melting point of the polyhydroxyalkanoat component.
