    Abstract: An intermediate spliced portion waterproofing structure has a first covered electrical wire where an intermediate portion of an insulation sheath is stripped off to expose a lead wire; a second covered electrical wire where an end portion or an intermediate portion of an insulation sheath is stripped off to expose a lead wire, and where a lead wire-exposed portion thereof is electrically connected to a lead wire-exposed portion of the first covered electrical wire; a protective sheet made of a hook-and-loop fastener wrapping an intermediate spliced portion in a state where the intermediate spliced portion is positioned inside a raised fiber-forming surface, the intermediate spliced portion being a connecting portion of the lead wire-exposed portions of the first and second covered electrical wires, and a waterblocking material made of a moisture-curable waterblocking agent that is applied to the protective sheet so as to surround the intermediate spliced portion.

    Abstract: A compact protector is unlikely to be affected by electromagnetic noise and provides excellent workability when being assembled, despite having a configuration in which twisted electrical wires are not used. The protector includes first and second plate members that respectively have a plurality of parallel slits that have a depth that is approximately half a length of wiring areas in a widthwise direction of the wiring areas. First and second linear conductors are respectively supported by the first and second plate members such that the first and second linear conductors have an approximately wave-like shape that is bent in a lengthwise direction, a widthwise direction, and a thickness direction of the first and second plate members. The first and second plate members are laterally fitted to each other such that respective bottom parts of each pair of parallel slits that face each other are brought close to each other.
