摘要: Disclosed is a self-extinguishing power cable with microcapsules and a method for manufacturing the same. A method of manufacturing a self-extinguishing power cable with a microcapsule, the method includes applying a mixed solution of water-soluble adhesive, a magnetic powder and a swellable powder on one surface of a first nonwoven fabric; magnetically treating and drying the first nonwoven fabric; pressing one surface of a second nonwoven fabric on the one surface of the first nonwoven fabric to form a single nonwoven fabric; and forming the single nonwoven fabric into a neutral conductor water blocking layer of an electrical power cable to manufacture the electrical power cable, wherein the microcapsule is provided between the first nonwoven fabric and the second nonwoven fabric.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relate to integrated modular display panels. In one embodiment, modular display panel includes a shell with a first thermally conductive material, a printed circuit board disposed in the shell, and a plurality of LEDs attached to a first side of the printed circuit board. A driver circuit is disposed in the shell and coupled to the plurality of LEDs from a second side of the printed circuit board. The panel further includes a power supply unit for powering the LEDs. The printed circuit board are disposed between the power supply unit and the plurality of LEDs. A second thermally conductive material is disposed between the power supply unit and an outer back side of the panel. A protective structure is disposed over the first side of the printed circuit board, where a display side of the panel, opposite the outer back side, is waterproof.

摘要: Communication cable including insulated conductors and a composite tape having an insulative layer and a conductive layer. The composite tape includes first and second lateral sections that are folded over each other to form a shielding tape. The shielding tape includes opposite inner and outer sides that are formed from the first and second lateral sections, respectively, and a folded edge that joins the inner and outer sides. The conductive layer defines the inner side, the outer side, and the folded edge. The shielding tape is wrapped helically about the insulated conductors a plurality of times along a length of the communication cable to form a plurality of wraps. The inner side of a subsequent wrap of the shielding tape overlaps a portion of the outer side of a prior wrap of the shielding tape.

摘要: A shielded cable includes signal wires each having a signal conductor covered by an insulator, and a shield conductor comprising a metal foil resin tape spirally and overlappingly wrapped around the two signal wires, wherein an edge portion of the metal foil resin tape is folded back so that the metal foil therein is oriented outward, thereby bringing metal foils, which are arranged on lower and upper sides in the overlapping part of wrapping of the metal foil resin tape, into electrical contact with each other. The shielded cable includes two drain wires provided outside the metal foil resin tape and configured to be in electrical contact with an exposed part of the outwardly folded-back metal foil, which is exposed out of the overlapping part.

摘要: A shielded electric wire includes an electric wire; a shielding member that forms a shielding layer by covering a periphery of the electric wire; a sheet-shaped member that covers a periphery of the shielding member; and a protective member spirally wound on a periphery of the sheet-shaped member. The first and second sheet materials have a width longer than a half circumferential distance of the shielding member provided on the periphery of the electric wire, and are stuck on the shielding member to sandwich the shielding member. The adhesive layers of the first and second sheet materials are opposingly stuck in extra length portions protruding the shielding member in a width direction.
