摘要: Provided is an all-in-one device. The all-in-one device has first, second and third regions that can perform different functions. The all-in-one device includes an upper electrode disposed in each of the first through third regions, a lower electrode disposed in each of the first through third regions to face the upper electrode, a first diaphragm disposed in each of the first through third regions and positioned between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, a first spacer disposed in at least two of the first through third regions to electrically insulate the first diaphragm from the upper electrode, second spacers respectively disposed in the second and third regions, the second spacers each disposed on the lower electrode, and diaphragm electrodes disposed in the second and third regions between the respective second spacers and the first diaphragm.

摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a display device includes a stage on which a display substrate is arranged, a nozzle portion facing the stage, where the nozzle portion supplies gas to the display substrate to form at least one selected from a base portion and a graphene layer on the display substrate, and a driver connected to at least one of the nozzle portion and the stage, where the driver linearly moves at least one selected from the nozzle portion and the stage in a predetermined direction. The nozzle portion forms the at least one selected from the base portion and the graphene layer on the display substrate based on a relative motion thereof with the stage.

摘要: A mobile communication device includes: a first sound transceiver including a first lower electrode, a first upper electrode, and a first vibration plate between the first lower electrode and the first upper electrode; a second sound transceiver including a second lower electrode, a second upper electrode, and a second vibration plate between the second lower electrode and the second upper electrode; a position sensor configured to perform a detection of a relative positional relationship between the first and second sound transceivers; and a controller configured to apply a sound signal to one of the first and second sound transceivers and detect a sound signal from the other one thereof, based on the detection result provided from the position sensor.
