    Abstract: A display device includes a pixel electrode disposed on a substrate, a pixel defining layer disposed on the substrate and exposing the pixel electrode, a light emitting layer disposed on the pixel electrode, a common electrode disposed on the light emitting layer, a first bank disposed on the pixel defining layer, and a second bank disposed on the first bank and having a side protruding more than a side of the first bank. The second bank includes a first layer having a modulus less than about 300 GPa and a second layer having a modulus equal to or greater than about 300 GPa.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a pixel electrode, a light emitting element disposed on the pixel electrode and including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer, a step coverage prevention layer surrounding the light emitting element in a plan view, a common electrode disposed on the light emitting element and the step coverage prevention layer, and an oxidation prevention layer disposed on a portion of the common electrode that does not overlap the light emitting element in a thickness direction. The common electrode includes a first portion disposed on the light emitting element and a second portion disposed between the oxidation prevention layer and the step coverage prevention layer, and a material forming the first portion is an oxide of a material forming the second portion.

    Abstract: A display device includes an optical sensor, a display panel disposed on the optical sensor, and a touch sensing panel disposed on the display panel. The touch sensing panel includes a first sensing area corresponding to an area in which the optical sensor is disposed, and a second sensing area distinct from the first sensing area. The touch sensing panel further includes first conductive patterns extending in a first direction, and second conductive patterns extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. First opening areas are provided by the first conductive patterns and the second conductive patterns disposed in the first sensing area. Second opening areas are provided by the first conductive patterns and the second conductive patterns disposed in the second sensing area. A surface area of each of the first opening areas is greater than a surface area of each of the second opening areas.
