    Abstract: A display device that includes a substrate; a circuit layer; and an element layer. The substrate may include a display area in which emission areas may be arranged, and a non-display area. In order to deliver data signals to data lines at side edges of the display area, bypass auxiliary lines are used that pass through central portions of the display area to allow for a reduced width of the sub area. A horizontal portion of these bypass auxiliary lines may pass over or under other data lines to reach the edge portion of the display. Therefore, a shielding auxiliary electrode may be disposed between the passed over data lines and the horizontal bypass auxiliary lines at locations where these other data lines overlap in a plan view the horizontal bypass auxiliary lines to reduce crosstalk between the horizontal bypass auxiliary lines and the data lines.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including an active region, a non-active region disposed outside the active region, and a driving region disposed on one side of the non-active region, gate lines disposed in the active region to extend in a row direction, data lines disposed in the active region to extend in a column direction, pixels connected to the gate lines and the data lines, repair wiring disposed in the non-active region, and a gate driving integrated circuit (“IC”) disposed in the driving region, the gate driving IC generating gate driving signals and transmitting the gate driving signals to the gate lines, where the repair wiring includes a first sub-repair line connected to the gate driving IC, and a second sub-repair line disposed in the non-active region to extend in the column direction, to be connected to the first sub-repair line, and to overlap the gate lines.

An alignment inspection apparatus includes: a camera configured to photograph an alignment between an upper plate and a lower plate which are laminated to generate image data of the alignment; an alignment calculator configured to calculate horizontal distances and vertical distances in a non-overlapping area where the upper plate and the lower plate do not overlap with each other using the image data to generate alignment data; and a misalignment detector configured to detect true defect data in which noise data is filtered using the horizontal distances and the vertical distances.

    Abstract: A display device includes a circuit layer including emission pixel drivers, and data lines transferring data signals of the emission pixel drivers; a data driver generating the data signals of the emission pixel drivers; and a demultiplexer circuit electrically connected between the data driver and the data lines and including a first demultiplexer transistor turned on by a first demultiplexer control signal and a second demultiplexer transistor turned on by a second demultiplexer control signal. A first data line of the data lines is electrically connected to the data driver through the first demultiplexer transistor and a transfer path shorter than a first extension length.     Abstract: A display device is provided. A display device comprises a light emitting element disposed on a substrate, a driving transistor that provides a driving current to the light emitting element according to a voltage of a gate electrode, a first transistor supplying a data voltage to the gate electrode of the driving transistor, a first capacitor comprising a first capacitor electrode electrically connected to a first driving voltage line to which a first driving voltage is applied and a common capacitor electrode electrically connected to a first electrode of the first transistor, and a second capacitor comprising a second capacitor electrode electrically connected to the gate electrode of the driving transistor and the common capacitor electrode of the first capacitor, wherein the first capacitor electrode, the common capacitor electrode, and the second capacitor electrode overlap each other in a thickness direction of the substrate.
