摘要： A thin-film transistor (TFT) array substrate includes a transistor disposed on a base substrate and a storage capacitor electrically connected to the transistor. The transistor includes a gate electrode, an active layer electrically insulated from the gate electrode, the active layer including a semiconductor material, and a first electrode and a second electrode disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the active layer. The storage capacitor includes a lower electrode including a light inflow path, and an upper electrode disposed to face the lower electrode and electrically connected to the second electrode.

摘要： An electrowetting display device includes first and second barrier layers which cover first and second electrodes. The electrowetting display device includes a first base substrate which faces a second base substrate, the first electrode on the first base substrate, the first barrier layer which covers the first electrode, the second electrode on the second base substrate, the second barrier layer which covers the second electrode, a barrier wall between the first base substrate and the second base substrate, and an electrowetting layer between the first base substrate and the second base substrate. The barrier wall defines a pixel area corresponding to the first electrode, and the electrowetting layer is in the pixel area. The electrowetting layer includes a polar fluid and a non-polar fluid which are separated from each other.

摘要： A display device includes: a gate transmission wiring; a gate insulating layer disposed on the gate transmission wiring; and a pixel electrode and a data transmission wiring that are disposed on the gate insulating layer. When a gate signal voltage is applied to the gate transmission wiring, the gate transmission wiring may serve as a gate electrode that activates a semiconductor layer. In addition, when such a gate signal voltage is not applied thereto, the gate transmission wiring may form an electric field by a voltage difference between the gate transmission wiring and the pixel electrode, to thereby control a liquid crystal layer.
