Abstract: A display device is disclosed that includes a substrate, a light emitting device disposed on the substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting device, a light control film disposed on the encapsulation layer and including a plurality of light control patterns, and each of the light control patterns includes a first metal pattern disposed on the encapsulation layer, a first light transmission pattern disposed on the first metal pattern, a second metal pattern disposed on the first light transmission pattern and overlapping the first metal pattern, a second light transmission pattern disposed on the second metal pattern and overlapping the first light transmission pattern, a first light blocking pattern disposed on the same layer as the first metal pattern and overlapping the first light transmission pattern, and a second light blocking pattern disposed on the same layer as the second metal pattern and overlapping the second light transmission pattern.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a detection sensor is disclosed. The method includes forming a biometric information sensing layer including a transistor on a base layer, forming an initial optical pattern layer on the biometric information sensing layer, patterning the initial optical pattern layer to form a plurality of transmissive portions spaced apart from each other and having a first zeta potential, coating a light blocking material to form an initial light blocking portion that covers a side surface and an upper surface of the transmissive portions and has a second zeta potential different from the first zeta potential, and polishing the initial light blocking portion such that the upper surface of the transmissive portions is exposed to form a light blocking portion. The initial light blocking portion is polished by the abrasive, which has the first zeta potential, using a pad.

Abstract: A flexible display device includes an active layer, a source electrode disposed on the active layer, and connected to the active layer by a first contact hole, a drain electrode disposed on a same layer as the source electrode and spaced apart from the source electrode in a first direction, and connected to the active layer by a second contact hole, a first pixel electrode disposed on the drain electrode and including a lower surface electrically connected to the drain electrode while contacting an upper surface of the drain electrode and a via insulating layer disposed between the source electrode and the first pixel electrode, the via insulating layer covering an entirety of the source electrode. The drain electrode penetrates through the via insulating layer and is directly connected to the first pixel electrode.
