    Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate including a first base substrate, a second substrate and a filling pattern. The first base substrate includes a display area including a plurality of pixel areas for image display and a non-display area around the display area, and an align key pattern including an opaque material in a part of the non-display area. The second substrate includes a second base substrate overlapping the first base substrate and including a transparent material, a light blocking structure in the non-display area, and a hole overlapping the align key pattern and penetrating the light blocking structure. The filling pattern is configured to fill the hole.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a bank disposed on the substrate and having a multi-layered structure having an opening, a light emitting element disposed in the opening and including a pixel electrode, a light emitting layer, and a common electrode, a thin film encapsulating layer disposed on the light emitting element and the bank, a micro lens disposed on the thin film encapsulating layer and overlapping the light emitting element, and a light control layer disposed on the thin film encapsulating layer and surrounding the micro lens. A refractive index of the micro lens is greater than a refractive index of the light control layer.
    The pixel electrode is disposed in the opening and extends along an inner surface of the bank, and the light emitting layer extends along the inner surface of the bank on the pixel electrode.
