    摘要: A display device includes an array substrate including a pixel array disposed in a display area, an encapsulation substrate, and a sealing member disposed between the array substrate and the encapsulation substrate to combine the array substrate with the encapsulation substrate. The array substrate includes a signal transfer wing overlapping the sealing member and electrically connected to the pixel array, an insulation layer covering the signal transfer wiring and including an inorganic material, a power transfer wiring disposed on the insulation layer, overlapping the sealing member and having a multi-wiring structure, and an expansion pattern connected to the power transfer wiring, having a thickness smaller than an entire thickness of the power transfer wiring and overlapping the sealing member and the signal transfer wiring. An outer edge of the expansion pattern is disposed within a sealing area where the sealing member is disposed.

    摘要: In an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display and a manufacturing method thereof, the OLED display includes a substrate main body; an insulation layer pattern formed on the substrate main body, and including a first thickness layer and a second thickness layer thinner than the first thickness layer; a metal catalyst that is scattered on the first thickness layer of the insulation layer pattern; and a polycrystalline semiconductor layer formed on the insulation layer pattern, and divided into a first crystal area corresponding to the first thickness layer and to a portion of the second thickness layer adjacent to the first thickness layer and a second crystal area corresponding to the remaining part of the second thickness layer. The first crystal area of the polycrystalline semiconductor layer is crystallized through the metal catalyst, and the second crystal area of the polycrystalline semiconductor layer is solid phase crystallized.

In one aspect, the thin film transistor includes a gate electrode formed over a substrate and including a first conductive pattern and a plurality of second conductive patterns. The thin film transistor also includes a semiconductor layer formed over the gate electrode, wherein the semiconductor layer is formed of a crystallized semiconductor material, a source electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor layer, and a drain electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor layer. The drain electrode is spaced apart from the source electrode in a first direction and the second conductive patterns at least partially overlap the first conductive pattern and are spaced apart from each other in the first direction.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting display and a method of manufacturing the organic light-emitting display are disclosed. In one embodiment, the organic light-emitting display includes: i) a pixel electrode disposed on a substrate, ii) an opposite electrode disposed opposite to the pixel electrode, iii) an organic emission layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode; a light-scattering portion disposed between the substrate and the organic emission layer, including a plurality of scattering patterns for scattering light emitted from the organic emission layer in insulating layers having different refractive indexes. The display may further include a plurality of light absorption portions disposed between the light-scattering portion and the organic emission layer to correspond to the scattering patterns.
