    Abstract: An image sensor includes a sensor pixel. The sensor pixel includes a first transistor coupled between a first power source and a first node, where the first transistor is turned on in response to a first control signal, a light-sensing element coupled between the first node and a second power source, where the light-sensing element generates photocharges in response to incident light, a storage capacitor coupled in parallel to the light-sensing element between the first node and the second power source, and an amplifier including a plurality of transistors coupled in series between the first power source and an output line, where the amplifier outputs a sensing signal corresponding to a voltage of the first node in response to a first driving signal.

    Abstract: A display device includes a pixel. The pixel includes an emission unit and a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit to provide a first driving current to the emission unit in a first current flowing direction in a first mode, and to provide a second driving current to the emission unit in a second current flowing direction different from the first current flowing direction in a second mode. The emission unit includes a first electrode and a second electrode spaced from each other, a first light emitting element connected between the first electrode and the second electrode in the first current flowing direction, and a second light emitting element connected between the first electrode and the second electrode in the second current flowing direction.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel unit including a plurality of pixels; a data driver configured to supply a data voltage to the pixels through data lines based on a source output enable signal; and a reference voltage controller configured to supply a reference voltage to the pixels through reference voltage lines, wherein each of the pixels includes a light emitting element between a first power source line and a second power source line, and wherein the reference voltage controller is configured to compensate for the reference voltage based on the source output enable signal, and to supply a compensated reference voltage to an anode electrode of the light emitting element.

    Abstract: A display device includes pixels; a sensing block generating first sensing data during a first sensing period, and generating second sensing data and third sensing data during a second sensing period; and a timing controller compensating first image data with second image data based on the first sensing data, the second sensing data, and the third sensing data. The sensing block generates the first sensing data corresponding to an initial channel voltage applied to each of sensing channels and at least one auxiliary sensing channel during the first sensing period, generates the second sensing data by sensing characteristic information of the pixels corresponding to an initialization voltage applied to the pixels during the second sensing period, and generates the third sensing data corresponding to a reference voltage applied to the at least one auxiliary sensing channel during the second sensing period.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel unit including a pixel connected to a data line; a data driver which supplies a sensing reference voltage to the data line during a sensing period, and supplies a data signal to the data line during a display period; and a sensing unit which receives a sensing current corresponding to the sensing reference voltage during the sensing period, and generates correction data based on the supplied sensing current. The sensing unit includes a current integrator which outputs a sensing voltage based on the sensing current input thereto through a first input terminal and based on the sensing reference voltage input thereto through a second input terminal.
