According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method by a base station in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a terminal, downlink control information comprising resource allocation information for a virtual domain and resource allocation information for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); multiplexing the PDSCH in a virtual domain resource on the basis of the resource allocation information for the virtual domain; and performing discrete fourier transform (DFT) precoding for the multiplexed PDSCH.
