Abstract: Analog heterogeneous tags and methods and systems to configure the tags are described. The present invention relates to the field of electronic devices and more particularly to electronic tag devices using analog technology. Embodiments herein disclose a tag that can work in at least one of transmit only, receive only or transmit/receive modes and can transmit/receive using a plurality of communication technologies without the complex stack functionality with minimal hardware and memory requirements, wherein the tag uses I/Q samples corresponding to each technology pre-stored on the tag. Embodiments herein also disclose methods and systems for configuring the electronic tags using a configuration device, wherein the configuration device provides the I/Q samples of each technology to the tag.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing health of devices in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment. A method includes detecting an occurrence of at least one event on a device of a plurality of devices and determining a change in ambience in the device. The method also includes detecting at least one anomaly in the device if the determined change in the ambience of the at least one device does not satisfy threshold criteria determined for the at least one event. The method further includes determining at least one root cause for the at least one anomaly detected in the device.

The BLE mesh network is one of connection-oriented, or connection-less.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a sensor network, Machine Type Communication (MTC), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication, and technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the above technologies, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. A method and an apparatus for synchronizing communication between nodes in a bluetooth low energy (BLE) mesh network. In the network, a node is configured to generates a seed value based on at least one of own transmission parameter, wherein the seed value indicates next data advertisement instance of corresponding node. Further, the seed value is used for communicating with other nodes (i.e. 1-hop neighbor nodes) in the network. Based on data transfer requirements of the node, the node synchronizes own data transmission and reception settings, such that no two nodes transmit data at the same time.
