Abstract: An example electronic device including a power supply circuit may include a battery; a display module including a display panel; a regulator; a power supply circuit configured to: based on an input voltage of the battery, provide a first voltage and a second voltage to the display module, and provide a third voltage to the regulator; and a switch control circuit configured to: control a switching operation of the power supply circuit, wherein the power supply circuit includes: a first power circuit and a second power circuit, wherein the first power circuit includes multiple switch elements, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, and a first inductor, and is configured to: for a first time interval, based on a drive signal of the switch control circuit, charge the first capacitor and the second capacitor, based on a current of the first inductor and discharge the third capacitor to provide a first output current to the display module, and for a second time interval, based on a drive signal of the switch control circuit, charge the third capacitor and discharge the first capacitor and the second capacitor to provide the first output current and a second output current to the display module, and wherein the second power circuit is configured to: convert a voltage level of the input voltage of the battery to provide a second voltage to the display module.

Abstract: An electronic device including a voltage divider adaptively changing a voltage division ratio is provided. The electronic device comprises a rechargeable battery; a connector configured to connected the electronic device with an external electronic device; a voltage divider comprising a plurality of capacitors and a plurality of switches for switching an electrical path between each of the plurality of capacitors and the rechargeable battery, wherein the voltage divider is configured to provide three or more voltage division ratios; and a processor operably coupled with the voltage divider and the connector, wherein the processor is configured to: receive an indicator indicating a first voltage of a first power from the external electronic device; select a voltage division ratio from the three or more division ratios, based at least in part on the indicator; and control the plurality of switches on the basis of the selected voltage division ratio, and wherein the voltage divider is configured to: charge a rechargeable battery with a second voltage by dividing the first voltage according to the selected voltage division ratio.

Abstract: An electronic device utilizing a wireless charging system is provided. The electronic device includes a power source, a transmission coil, a full-bridge inverter electrically connected to the power source and the transmission coil, and a control circuit which communicates with an external device through the transmission coil, and controls the full-bridge inverter to transmit a power signal through the transmission coil. The control circuit may: receive, from the external device, a first control signal requesting that the power of the power signal be reduced to less than a specified power, in response to the first control signal, adjust the duty cycle of each of first to fourth gate signals for controlling the full-bridge inverter, and switch to a pulse width modulation (PWM) drive state in which an operation according to a first period and an operation according to a second period are alternately repeated.

Abstract: Disclosed are an electronic device for charging a battery based on a voltage of an interface and a method for controlling the same. The electronic device for charging a battery based on a voltage of an interface, according to an embodiment, may include: an interface comprising a conductive piece, a current reference control circuit; and a charging current control circuit configured to control the magnitude of a charging current applied to the interface, based on a control signal resulting from a comparison between a charging current value applied to the interface and a first critical current value configured in the current reference control circuit, wherein the current reference control circuit is configured to, based on a voltage value applied to the interface reaching a first critical voltage value, gradually decrease the first critical current value until the voltage value applied to the interface falls below the first critical voltage value, and maintain the first critical current value based on the voltage value applied to the interface being less than the first critical voltage value.
