    Abstract: Disclosed in an electronic device, which includes a housing that includes a first plate and a second plate facing a direction opposite the first plate, a conductive plate that is disposed in a first plane between the first plate and the second plate, and is parallel to the second plate, a wireless communication circuit that is disposed within the housing and is configured to transmit and/or receive a signal having a frequency ranging from 20 GHz to 100 GHz, a first electrical path having a first end electrically connected with the wireless communication circuit and a second end floated, the first electrical path including a first portion between the first end and the second end, a second electrical path having a third end electrically connected with the conductive plate and a fourth end floated, the second electrical path including a second portion between the third end and the fourth end.

    Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device according to an embodiment include a communication module, an output device, a microphone, and a processor, wherein the processor acquires an audio signal from an external device using the communication module, outputs a signal corresponding to the audio signal and a signal of a specified frequency band through the output device, acquires the signal of the specified frequency band using the microphone, determines a proximity state of an external object to the electronic device based at least on a strength of the signal of the specified frequency band and controls at least some functions of the electronic device based on at least the determined proximity state.     Abstract: An electronic device includes at least one processor, at least one antenna, and a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the at least one processor and the at least one antenna. The wireless communication circuit includes a switch including a first terminal electrically connected to a path corresponding to a first frequency band, a second terminal electrically connected to a path corresponding to a second frequency band, and a third terminal selectively connected to a corresponding terminal of the first terminal and the second terminal and a filter circuit electrically connected between the third terminal and the at least one antenna and having a designated resonant frequency band. The wireless communication circuit selectively transmits a signal in one corresponding frequency band between the first frequency band and the second frequency band based on a terminal which is connected to the third terminal.

    Abstract: A method of controlling an electronic device is provided which includes electrically connecting a battery with an external power source using a first switch such that a first portion of a first current supplied from the external power source is supplied to a system circuit of the electronic device and a second portion of the first current is supplied to the battery, determining whether a specified condition is satisfied, electrically disconnecting the battery from the external power source using the first switch and electrically connecting the battery with a resistor using a second switch, if the specified condition is satisfied, verifying an electrical characteristic of a current applied to the resistor while the battery is electrically disconnected from the external power source and is electrically connected with the resistor, and determining whether an operation of the battery is abnormal, based at least on a part of the electrical characteristic.
