Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a housing comprising a first glass plate, a second glass plate facing in the opposite direction to the first glass plate, and a side member surrounding the space between the first glass plate and the second glass plate, the second plate comprising an outer surface facing in the opposite direction to the first plate and an inner surface facing the first plate; an inner middle plate positioned between the first plate and the second plate; a touch screen display positioned between the middle plate and the first plate; an opaque layer comprising a first opening and a second opening positioned within 150 mm from the first opening, the opaque layer being directly or indirectly attached to the inner surface of the second plate comprising a hole overlapping with the first opening but comprising no hole overlapping with the second opening; a camera assembly partially positioned inside the hole of the second plate and the first opening; a light-emitting diode (LED) positioned between first parts of the second opening while facing the second opening and functionally connected to the camera assembly; a heart rate monitor (HRM) assembly positioned between second parts of the second opening while facing the second opening, the second opening having a gap between the heart rate monitor (HRM) assembly and the inner surface of the second plate, and the heart rate monitor (HRM) assembly comprising a light-discharging element and a light-receiving element; and a light guide structure comprising a first part between the LED and the second plate and a second part between the heart rate monitor (HRM) assembly and the second plate, the light guide structure being configured such that, when seen from above the second plate, the first part surrounds the LED, while the second part surrounds the light-discharging element.

Abstract: In a plasma processing method, a substrate is loaded onto a lower electrode within a chamber. A plasma power is applied to form plasma within the chamber. A voltage function of a nonsinusoidal wave having a DC pulse portion and a ramp portion is generated. Generating the voltage function may include setting a slope of the ramp portion and setting a duration ratio of the ramp portion to a cycle of the voltage function in order to control an ion energy distribution generated at a surface of the substrate. A bias power of the nonsinusoidal wave is applied to the lower electrode.

Abstract: A method of modifying a power mesh includes measuring distances between end cap blocks included in a standard cell in a chip sub-block. The end cap blocks are located at edges of the chip sub-block and edges of the macro cell. The method includes searching a logic circuit block located between the first and second end cap blocks of the end cap blocks. A distance between the first and second end cap blocks is shorter than a predetermined length. It is determined whether a power supply voltage line and a ground voltage line exist at a partial region of the first power mesh layer. When the power supply voltage line or the ground voltage line is determined not to exist at the partial region, the power mesh data are modified to supplement the power supply voltage line or the ground voltage line at the partial region.
